(Translated by Google) I almost paid for a visit to this facility with my life. Presented on Easter Monday with an acute and rapidly worsening appendicitis. Once laying on of hands, a pack of antibiotics and I was allowed to go. On Easter Monday we went to Clemens with an ambulance and there was also diagnosed a far advanced peritonitis during the emergency surgery. Addressed to the so-called doctor who "treated" me on Easter Sunday, change your job before the next one actually dies due to severe, either incompetence or simple listlessness. If you want to find out how real doctors who are bound by oaths work, I recommend an internship at St. Clemens (Original) Einen Besuch dieser Einrichtung habe ich beinahe mit meinem Leben bezahlt.

First of all: This review is about the children's outpatient clinic in House C (NOT the emergency room in House F) Can be summed up in one word: DISASTER! I was here with my child on Sunday. The waiting time was still limited at around 1.5 hours; one mother said the day before she had waited 5 hours. However, we spent 60 of the 90 minutes waiting time not in the waiting room...no, in the stairwell. Yes, you read that right: Waiting takes place in the STAIRCASE. No chairs, no pictures, no toys or anything similar for the little ones, nothing. Only dirty stairs in the unheated stairwell. On Sunday there were around 20-25 people on 1.5 floors, while care was taken to ensure that the waiting rooms in the outpatient clinic were not too full. If these are supposed to be precautions against Corona, the goal has clearly been missed by several kilometers. You actually feel like dirt here. All in all, inhumane.

Ganz ehrlich !?!?! Sowas nennt man Priorität . Also wer wirklich was ernsthaftes hat , dem sage ich lieber fahrt nach Essen ins Elizabeth Krankenhaus , was wir auch taten. Alle freundlich und alles gut !!! (Translated by Google) Honestly !?!?! The worst hospital I've seen in 37 years!!! Would prefer to give 0 stars. Catastrophic conditions in the emergency room, people who want to see their relatives who are being treated in the emergency room because they were taken by ambulance, for example, have to wait 4 to 5 hours. A lady taking blood at the registration desk, measuring blood pressure and holding these little things, but working in slow motion. People who had an accident at work and have been waiting for 5 hours, who then simply went home without registering (this was the case with me as well as with another lady) because the woman in the registration office simply left and did not fill her place again became . A girl who had appendectomy problems and pain, and who was writhing in pain, her brothers had to carry her in the left and right under the arms because she was no longer able to walk on her own. She had to register first instead of being treated like an emergency and being called immediately. That's called priority. So if you really have something serious, I'd rather tell you to go to the Elizabeth Hospital in Essen, which we did. All friendly and all good !!!

I went to the emergency room with a cut. The staff was consistently friendly and I was informed that the waiting time might be longer as I had a relatively minor injury compared to others and was therefore urgent. I was pleasantly surprised that it went quite quickly. Both the nurse and my treating doctor were friendly and competent. So I can only say good things about my first visit to the emergency room.

So far I've never really had anything bad to say about the EKO in relation to the children's emergency room. And then today the time has come. I wanted to go to the children's emergency room. You can't get in there without an FFP 2 mask. If you don't have one, you can buy one there for €1. That's a disgrace. After I said that I couldn't wear these masks and that I could confirm this with a certificate, I was told that someone else should come back with MY child. I found it very intense. But I remained stubborn and they wanted to clarify this. I waited in front of the door for a total of 30 minutes and decided to leave. I am aware that I was not the only one there and that others still need treatment. But for me, leaving myself standing there with my child because of an FFP 2 mask borders on failing to help.

(Translated by Google) Landed there after a stupid accident on Saturday and I have to say, it's amazing how good a hospital can be. Registration rough because an emergency came in. Understandable, but the nurse did not come back as promised and the pain overwhelmed me standing at the registration desk. A dear carer then took me in and organized a wheelchair. The doctor came quickly and the X-ray was incredibly fast. Then there was a long wait, because emergencies came in like clockwork. Anyway thank you to the team who are on duty this afternoon especially the lady in the headscarf so lovely. Just thank you! Einfach danke!

I was very pleased. Had to wait a long time though. Around 3 hours. But you have to take that into account if you come in an emergency. The doctor and staff were all very nice and explained everything.

I was greeted very warmly in the emergency room. In an often difficult situation, it is so important to be treated with understanding and confidence. It became clear to me once again how valuable our healthcare system is. Especially sweet, Max from the emergency room!

Were there late in the evening and were taken care of immediately and in a very friendly manner. We were really impressed by the friendliness and the oil was explained in detail. Praise also went to the doctor Dr. Diesbach and also the very nice colleagues.

(Translated by Google) Dear parents with wonderful children, I don't know how to express my feelings with anger and total disappointment. Our German health system is, in my opinion, on the ground. In the past 3 years what I have experienced in hospitals brings me to this conclusion. As with this one, you can only shake your head. First of all, you are quickly put off incompetently on the phone and put off with long waiting times. So with a child who has a fever of 40 degrees and cannot discharge urine because it hurts totally helplessly just cries you wait hours in vain for a competent German-speaking doctor. You have to be really lucky to meet the right one at this club. Everything somehow voluntary and without pleasure. Yes, I can understand them just badly set up because the system only allows that. Hello, it's about our children. Since no Google will help me, it just makes things worse.

We were in the emergency room in the evening because my son had suffered a torn lateral ligament. After a short wait it was our turn. The doctor examined us thoroughly and explained everything to us. We waited less than 1 minute for the x-ray. Overall we were very satisfied!

While you sit in a cold waiting room for 3 hours with your sick three-month-old baby with a fever of 39°, you eat comfortably in the back room. It was said that treatment would be based on severity and we would be the first. After almost two cold hours, the other full waiting room, which contained parents with their children who had now been waiting for almost 7 hours, also had no energy left. Not a single person was called in the entire 2.5 hours. And when you decide to leave after 3 hours because you don't want to put your baby through something like that, the nurses tell you: "I knew that it couldn't be right with a 39° fever."

Children's emergency room I really have to say that it's a disgrace to make a mother and her 1.5 year old child wait for 2 hours after going to the hospital with a head injury caused by an accident hitting the table. I've never had anything like that incompetent like the doctors from Eko and generally it is the worst hospital in all of Oberhausen, I recommend everyone to choose another one

Well, I have to say that everyone there is really super nice and friendly. Even though I spent 5 hours there, I never had the feeling that it could have been faster. It's an EMERGENCY ROOM! The emphasis is on NOT! It will be dealt with here as necessary. If some people with a sore throat went to their family doctor and not to the emergency room, waiting times would certainly be more relaxed. I was there with appendicitis and if a traffic accident happens, that's more important. All employees do their best and are super friendly. I don't understand these negative comments here.
