    I had Monique create an individual 12-week training plan for me and I'm thrilled! I can wholeheartedly recommend this to everyone! I “just” asked Monique to help me do my first 3 pull-ups. She also supported me in all other exercises. We always had close communication and the training was always individually adapted to me. In these weeks I have made great progress and achieved all of my goals! With Monique you are in the best hands.

    Monique König is definitely the uncrowned queen of calisthenics sport in Germany, and anyone who has the chance to train in Cologne and the surrounding area or at workshops or, if necessary, via online coaching or with her book, should definitely do it There is no better Cali coach! If you want to build strength, muscles (yes, that's possible!) and healthy mobility, you should give the trendy sport of calisthenics a chance. But be careful: just training can sometimes go wrong if you don't know what you're doing. The best person to help is someone who knows exactly what needs to be done, and at this point I can only warmly recommend Monique König! As a licensed trainer who has already gained several years of experience in the fitness sector, it has given me completely new insights and perceptions, so that I not only got rid of painful wear and tear (due to age!), but also learned a lot about imbalances, Movement chains and activations - so much that I've made a lot of progress especially where I least expected it. In addition to her likeable and authentic nature, I was particularly impressed by her analytical perspective, which did not hide any errors in movement patterns, no detail of posture, or any disruption in movement processes. Rarely have I learned so many good, new and important things about the body and training in such a short time as with Monique - big recommendation!!!

    I got help from Monique with muscleups and handstands. I was looking for a female Cali coach and after an initial very intensive conversation I decided on Monique and haven't regretted it. Sympathy and trust was there immediately. Contact was super relaxed and pleasant, but still very professional. All questions were always answered and if there were any problems, the right coaching keys were available. I reached my goal within 12 weeks. Ring muscleup locked. I can highly recommend Monique and will definitely use her coaching again.

    Ich habe nun sechs Monate mit Monique zusammen gearbeitet. Eigentlich bin ich zu ihr gekommen, um Muscle-Ups zu lernen. Bereits bei dem ersten Telefonat hatte ich einen sehr positiven und vor allem professionellen Eindruck von ihr. Bevor sie mit mir an das eigentliche Training herangegangen ist, hat sie sich über meine sportlichen Vorerfahrungen und meine Kranken- und Verletzungsgeschichte erkundigt und meine körperlichen Voraussetzungen analysiert. Hinzu kommt, dass sich beim persönlichen Treffen den positiven Eindruck bestätigt hat. Sie passt sich sprachlichen ihren Kunden an, damit diese sie auch verstehen können, welche Übung sie aus welchem Grund machen sollen. Neben den sportlichen Fortschritten, die ich durch Moniques Training gemacht habe, muss ich auch festhalten, dass sie meine Schulterprobleme, mit denen ich mich nun seit einigen Jahren herumschlagen musste; gelöst hat, weshalb ich ihre Arbeit nun loben kann und dafür sehr dankbar bin. Zudem schafft sie eine positive Grundstimmung, ist gut über verschiedene Kanäle zu erreichen und ist auf jeden Fall am sportlichen Erfolg ihrer Kunden interessiert. Dabei gibt sie einem selten, dass Gefühl lediglich ein Kunde bei ihr zu sein. Abschließend möchte ich festhalten, dass das Training bei ihr eine sehr gute Erfahrung war und ich allen, die an ihren Fähigkeiten im Bereich Calisthenics und Bodyweight-Training arbeiten wollen, nur empfehlen kann sich an sie zu wenden

    8 weeks with Monique's training plan are over and now it's time for the results 😸 I trained with the plan 1 to 2 times a week and slowly improved. Now I was able to increase from 7 pull-ups to 11 and the execution is still good 😄 Thank you very much for the new training stimulus, you are the best 🤩💪

Her dedication to Cali Sport is evident in every detail of her work, which makes taking her class all the more fun. I have to honestly admit that I have never achieved as much progress as I have made with her this year, despite trainers and courses. In addition, there is a lively exchange online, so that you are always well looked after. A quick video with personal explanations is also shot in the evening. Explanations of anatomy and movement patterns are also included. This is how you gain a deeper understanding of your body. But feedback is also requested. Here you won't miss even the smallest detail, which means that even unknown vulnerabilities are identified and remedied. The bottom line is that with Monique you are in very good and competent hands. With her personal support and open, funny and loving nature, she is someone who enriches your own life. You can also tell that Monique is very competent pedagogically, as she can impart her knowledge very well. She is also passionate about sport. This means that you are dealing with a highly motivated, competent and very great person. Definitely worth more than a recommendation.

    My journey with Monique began two years ago. I came to her with the desire to finally learn a pull-up. Monique immediately took me on as a protégé and the first pull-up was accomplished very quickly. Today I learned so much from Monique, both athletically and personally, and calisthenics and the best trainer in the world have become a part of my life💪👍 I can recommend Monique with all my heart and conviction to everyone who wants to do calisthenics injury-free, with a lot Enjoy and have fun and of course also want to learn with personal commitment!!     Visit the group training sessions from time to time. Monique really takes the time to adapt the training individually depending on your level of performance and to ensure that it is carried out properly. She answers questions in detail.     I had personal training with Monique, after which she created a training plan for me with a focus on front lever and planche. I was very happy with both. I was able to take good suggestions, ideas and improvements with me for my future. Any questions about the training plan were answered quickly. All in all, thank you.
