We started with such a thorough, multi-step cleansing process that I assumed the process was the entire facial. But that was just the start. I received additional multi-step deep exfoliation and deep moisturizing treatments. Drenched and Lifted. Time flew by. There was no product upselling annoyances. I did induge in some products to jumpstart my goals, and I loved how I was listened to and shown great options without pushiness. Loved it. Our faces are so important to ourselves. How we feel about how it looks impacts our behaviours and self esteem. My treatment with Stefan was a great experience. He was super kind to my skin and listened to the different needs I have. He was very attentive and careful about which products he should use and why. He was also super helpful recommending me products to use or avoid and was really good at explaining how I should take care of my skin following his treatment. I would definitely recommend visiting him for a treatment and I'll be booking my next visit soon! Overall experience, made me feel like cinderella even with acne troubling my skin!

Hopped in for a last minute treatment before the weekend. Was delighted by the personal call back for the appointment and the highly knowledgeable gentleman who pampered my face. The cream I bought afterwards was quite a bit more than online, but it's good to support local businesses who take care of their clients. Will return next time in Berlin!
