This salon destroyed my skin and left me with hyperpigmentation. I had been going here for a year with no issues, but the girl I was working with left, and after a microdermabrasion, the beautician did extractions on my skin and broke the skin - it multiple places. It has been two months and I have scars. The woman admitted she caused them, and I have pictures to prove it, but the owner denied any responsibility. I cannot believe this is how you treat a paying client that has been coming to your salon for over a year. Shame on you. Stay away from Babor, I wish I had.

The Institute looks great and I was happy with their service as well. Chiara is attentive and professional. Update made on December 15th: I had two more treatments over the last two months. I am more than happy, my skin is now healthier. Chiara is awesome! Oh and they've beautifuly decorated for Christmas.

I’ve received 10+ facial treatments from Dolores at this salon. She is truly the best. She clears out my skin thoroughly and has magic hands with her superb massages. I always leave relaxed and radiating. I’ve had acne for the majority of my life and with her help I had the most perfect glowing and clear skin for my wedding and beyond. 10/10 recommend going with Dolores.
