This is the place to be when you are in Berchtesgaden.wow I fell in love with this place.what a beautiful hotel.I was there for lunch. The restaurant offers everything you want,the view is to die for. The food were amazing. Compliments to the chef. Ambience was good.the stuff were friendly and the service was over the expectations. The price were also okay not over priced for that location

Very attentive, professional staff. Good value for money. Parking garage can be tricky for vehicles with large turning radius, and if you are looking for peace and quiet it's probably best to opt for something further away from the town center. Overall, a very nice experience.

We went there on a deserted rainy afternoon for a hot cocoa and cake. Staff was more interested in cleaning empty tables than taking our order, we had to call for them after 10mn of menus closed on the table and them passing by several times. Smile is an option that probably requires some training as we saw none. Then the hot cocoa of a 4 star superior arrived (see picture). Not even worth 2 stars for the food, nor the service. We had to ask also several times for the bill and only 3 tables were “busy” on the whole terrasse.Never again. Thanks.

Best hotel in town. Great breakfast and really nice facilities, roof top pool and outdoor jacuzzi where you can see mount Watzmann and the surrounding areas and a good view of the city. The sauna section is great as well with lots of lounge area to chill out and several rooms with different temperatures + herbal essences to choose from. Unbeatable location. The kids playing section is also a great spot with professional baby sitters and lots of toys to entertain kids of all ages. Very friendly and homey service. Highly recommend.

This hotel was beautiful and we had the room with the view of the Alps. Very helpful front desk and the rooms are very clean and spacious. We loved our stay here. Highly recommended!

Absolutely fantastic! Friends of ours were staying here for a few days and we stayed just the night in a city-facing room but it was amazing. Loved everything about this hotel. The breakfast was fantastic! So many choices! Only the assigned seating was a little unused to for us, but it worked out nicely. We spent the afternoon on the rooftop, in the pool and hot tub and then later just lounging. Views in every direction are stunning. Cleaning staff did an amazing job. The rooms are like new!

Fantastic! Hands down, the best place to stay in Berchtesgaden! My wife and I are staying here for 3 nights and tonight is our last night. We will be sad to leave and hope to return again. This family owned Hotel has thought of every little detail and fulfilled it. The rooftop has a restaurant/lounge, an indoor pool with a bistro and a large outdoor patio. Gorgeous views in every direction. The rooms are spacious and bright, with city or city and mountain views. Our room had a beautiful view of the city and the mountains. The beds are comfortable with large pillows. The bathrooms in the room are gorgeous as well. Oh there's also a yoga studio on the rooftop! A beautiful, calming space where I believe classes are free. My wife and I wished we had time in our schedule for this! In summer, you will have a beach bag with pool towel, pool chair blanket and pool robes. Thoughtful, there's also a large built for 2 umbrella to use should it rain. Good soundproofing, we rarely heard any noises. The breakfast is second to none on our trip. Excellent in every aspect. I know it sounds like hyperbole but once you experience the hotel and the breakfast you'll know exactly what I mean. :) Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. In the breakfast area it gets a little hectic and it seems tables are assigned to you to ensure everyone has a place. Would've been nice to get a seat by the window one day but we were mostly assigned to the middle next to the dish stations. PS Truly appreciated that smoking is not allowed in the rooms. I have severe asthma so I need a clean air space away from all the cigarette smoking that is unfortunately so common in Europe.

An extremely good hotel. Been there several times for a weekend and am always impressed by the service, attention to detail and the vibe of the place. The outdoor jacuzzi has an incredible view of the mountains(Watzmann). The food is also amazing and generously portioned. Spa area is also great.

Thanks very much to everyone at this hotel for a fantastic break. We booked for the in between Christmas / new year period and a few days after, everything from the friendly staff to the facilities was top notch. Great advice at reception, and New Year’s Eve was a top night. Special thanks to our waitress Anita who was very helpful. Will definitely be back

Perfect location, parking on site, very large rooms, can't imagine staying anywhere else in Berchtesgaden. Simone & Julia at the front desk were both English speakers and more than helpful. If you are going to the Christmas Market this place is where you have to stay. You walk out the back door of the hotel and right into the market. From our room (#420) we could see the Eagles Nest when it was clear.

Hotel is very clean rooms,toilet etc. Staff is very Polite.

We did only visit the restaurant on the terrace this time. But we had an excellent 👌 time. This was maybe the best place so far in berchtesgaden 😀 One of the owners came to the table and stayed for a good time 👍 I can really recommend this restaurant 👌 We will stay at this hotel the next time we are in berchtesgaden for sure! 😀
