Very dissapointing experience! Would not recomend this store to anyone! Do not expect customer service here. I made a "Schnupper-termin" appointment to view some wedding dresses (limited to 3). I arrived on time, the store was empty, but the staff was not ready to attend me and let me waiting for a while unattended ... staff has a strange attitude as if i was bothering them and I did not feel confortable in this apparently chique store. Budget was never a topic so I don't know where the attitute came from...Treat dresses as if they were made out of gold, not something to wear... my "bride to be" excitement looking for a dress mood disappeared immediately...staff not competent with ideas or suggestions. I think it's because they don't know what they have in store, there are thousands of dresses there...although I gave the staff my idea of a dress, she was not able to give me competent advice, the fittings were horrible. Also there was time pressure and strict rule of only trying on three selected dresses. Even when I asked to see complementary accessories my wish was declined. Not a very smart sales strategy :( it's really a shame, becasue they have beautiful and exquisite dresses...

Big store with a lot of dresses from different brands but not so informed assistant. Some pressure to by a dress already on the first visit.

I traveled all the way from Bavaria, finding the most luxurious, exquisite and dream dress at Siödam. The dress was simply a dream come true, I felt like a princess in it, making my wedding day even more unforgettable. The service was extremely friendly and the owner Stephi as well as were extremely kind and professional . After explaining my wishes, Vicki knew immediately the dress style I would like. As I was coming from afar, they even arranged me an express fitting- tailoring appointment getting my dress ready at the same day. My greatest appreciation to the Siödam Team! Only to recommend. Unfortunately I had a very bad experience at Siödam die Villa in search of my wedding dress. I would really recommend that women book a “Schnuppertermin” before going in for the full two hours at a fee of €50. Vicky was extremely unfriendly and was the reason for the terrible experience. She left me alone to look through what felt like over a thousand dresses crammed together in one room and was completely rude to me and the other lady who helped me get dressed throughout the entire appointment. The blonde lady who helped me get dressed was so lovely and was the main reason I didn’t walk out directly after twenty minutes. Apart from the service, I must say that I also found the boutique quite old fashioned and the dresses I tried on were not as good quality as the dresses I have tried in other stores.

Amazing consultants, a very big range of unique dresses and a lovely atmosphere. The whole team made the impossible possible by helping me find the perfect dress in a short amount of time. Also an amazing tailor team. Highly recommend the SiöDam experience.

I have bought my Wedding dress in this shop but I would not do it again anymore. The consultancy was very bad, I have told what my expectations were in regard to the model I would like but all the dresses I was brought to try were totally different than what I was expecting. Additionally the prices for the dress recommendations were double the price range I mentioned. After an hour, the consultant started to make pressure that she needs from me a decision if I want to buy something or not. Very disappointed. In the end I asked to try one that I saw when entering the store and their luck was that I really loved the dress.

Siödam is certainly the best bridal boutique in the area. The choice of wedding dresses is huge and they bring the best of the international bridal designers in the Frankfurt area. You must take an appointment if you´re looking for breathtaking luxury elegant bridal outfits!

I found my dream dress at Villa Siödam for my big wedding for next year and can only highly recommend this wedding dress store. Vicky and team are incredibly helpful and truly supportive in finding what you are looking for. My bridesmaid, mum, grandma and sister accompanied me and we had the best time together. High recommendation for every bride who wants to have an outstanding experience and find the dream dress in an amazing atmosphere. Thank you Vicky & Team

Large selection of dresses and the lady who took care of us was very friendly and patient. Nonetheless we were CHOCKED by the complete lack of business intelligence and customer orientation of the staff, as we got kicked out of the store because we discovered at the very end that the shop applied a 50 euros fee and complained about not being informed before. They would rather NOT sell a dress. I will spend my money elsewhere Vicky.. EDIT: I received a sweet phone call from Stephanie apologizing for the misunderstanding and I believe now that the 1 star was not reflecting the overall professionalism of the team so I updated it to 3
