They refuse to conduct pregnancy on insurance, but there is no relevant information on doctolib. Waited for an appointment more than an hour

First impression, the hygiene of the clinic is horrendous. In order to give urine sample you have to walk into a very small bathroom and come to face to face with previous given urine samples sitting on the window with no caps. The smell is indescribable. I dont see how is this acceptable considering the contamination risks... Second impression, after waiting more than an hour to see the doctor (with appointment). I was rushed, felt not being listened and I was not being able to talk with the doctor in her office with my pants on. Not the mention very inappropriate comment from the doctor when I mention that I want to talk about the contraceptives, she said she wants to talk about it in the next appointment and she made a joke about what are you going to make a baby in these 2 weeks? I mean nothing was good about this practice very unprofessional.

I highly recommend Dr. Ibrahim. She is a great doctor. I can simply say that I own her my health as thanks to her precautionary measures and carefulness, my disease was recognized on time. She always takes my questions and worries seriously. When it was needed she consulted me during her holidays so my treatment could be organised faster. She absolutely always tries to make me feel comfortable and she is just simply very friendly, polite and nice person. Her team takes always a good care of me and it has never happened that I did not received an appointment when it was needed. They are all very patient with my broken German too. In particular, there are two very nice ladies in the reception who by now know me by name and always try to comfort me when I am stressed about the results or an appointment. Absolutely, one of the best doctors I have ever had. And also one of the friendliest one.

I get to know her practice through a friend, and I have not for once disappointed. I always feel safe with her. I’m able to express how I feel without being judged. She is detailed and gives you her best. Her staffs are also super nice

Don’t go there!!! The doctor just took you to do examinations without telling you the price and what you will do. I was new at that time. I was the victim. But now I got a sky-high bill🤬up to 500 euros. Holy!!!

I liked the service and staff attitudes 👍 My doctor is Marvan Aussi. I was satisfied with the examination and attitude.
