Extrem lange Wartezeiten von über einer Stunde. Mit einem eh schon nervösen Tier ein absolutes Unding. Ärztin sehr unfreundlich zu unserem Tier und auch zu ihren Mitarbeiterinnen. Es wirkt alles sehr unkoordiniert, die Tiere werden mehrfach zu Einzeluntersuchungen reingerufen, weil z.B. der Blutdruck vergessen wurde zu messen. Die Mitarbeiterinnen scheinen auch nicht sonderlich fachkundig zu sein, da sie immer wieder neu von der Ärztin angewiesen werden müssen. Die Tiere werden sehr grob angefasst und nicht im geringsten beruhigt oder mal gestreichelt, das sei Aufgabe von uns gewesen, allerdings etwas schwierig, wenn man nicht richtig an den Untersuchungstisch herankommt. Im Großen und Ganzen sind wir sehr unzufrieden mit der Praxis und werden auch nicht wiederkommen, auch wenn uns am Ende recht ausführlich das Gesundheitsbild erklärt wurde.

Bin jahreslang bei ihr gewesen und sie hat eine Menge Geld mit mir und meinem Hund und meiner Katze verdient. Dann hat sie meinem Hund eine Schilddrüsenunterfunktion angedichtet und mein Hund bekam aufgrund der - unnötigen - Tabletten übelste Leberwerte. Man sollte meinen, dass sie einen TSH-Wert korrekt bewerten kann, auch wenn sie Kardiologin ist. Es hat Monate gedauert, bis ich meinen Hund wieder fit hatte, da ja auch erst mal die Ursache herausgefunden werden musste. Diese war allerdings sofort klar, nachdem ich meiner neuen TÄin den Befund von Frau Vollmar gezeigt hatte. Er hat noch andere Baustellen und wäre mir aufgrund der miesen Leberwerte und darauf folgende Futterverweigerung fast gestorben.

You should remember that she treats many internal diseases and that takes a lot of time. In addition, every animal behaves differently and this can make the treatment longer. A top veterinarian who approaches things pragmatically and uncomplicatedly. She very talentedly repositioned the inverted nictitating gland of my cat with a prolapsed nictitating gland as a result of a fight with another tomcat using a small manual procedure. The cat's eye has been like new ever since. Elsewhere they tried to talk me into having a mega-expensive eye operation. So I'm very happy, Dr. Having met Vollmar!

Miss Dr. Vollmar is the best veterinarian I have ever met (and I have already met at least 10-15 different ones.) My 16 year old dog was and is being treated very well by her in almost every situation, be it for the chronic heart defect or now Kidney problems, and whatever happened in between... She has now optimally adjusted him with medication several times and corrected misdiagnoses and incorrect treatments from others. I have experienced such terrible disasters elsewhere before. Since I met Dr. Knowing Vollmar, I feel in such good hands with the dog. I am really grateful for such a good vet and can really recommend this doctor to everyone! Thank you very much, Dr. Vollmar! Ich war mit der Untersuchung meiner Katze sehr zufrieden. Der Umgang mit meiner Katze und mir war sehr freundlich und kompetent. Der Preis war relativ hoch, allerdings bekommt man dafür auch eine umfassende Untersuchung durch Spezialisten.
