Terrible practice. The only place where the receptionists are more unfriendly is at the fair. I can't understand why such people sit at the reception without any decency. You should be ashamed.

Was on Monday 8/0/24 with Dr. Brettner examined me and found that my appendix was inflamed and needed to be removed. I immediately called the Troisdorf hospital and sent me to the hospital at 11 a.m. to see Dr. Brettner, in the hospital at 12:00 p.m. 5:00 p.m. surgery. And then I was released again on Thursday, January 11th, 2024. I am very grateful for such good treatment, thank you very much, Doctor Brettner
