Pizza is big and service is nice. Very full during summer days as you can sit outside with a nice view. Prices are ok for the offered food and beverage.

The place is huge, you have some outside seating and lots of places inside. It was right at the end of our promenade walk on Beuel side. On All saints day, with a beautiful weather, it was really busy but the management was good. You had to show your covid Green pass to sit inside and waiters and staff were all masked. The waitress serving our table was quick for taking orders but it did take a while to get the food. It was a busy period so we didn't mind. We ordered two pizzas for kids and two pasta plates for adults. Pizza size is huge, but it's a thin crust pizza and our 9 year old could finish his Margherita while 5 year old needed help with his spinach and egg one. Pizzas were good, nothing to write home about and nothing to complain either.One of the pasta dish( monthly special) with pumpkin was a bit underwhelming, just band pasta and roasted pieces of pumpkin which were still quite raw and no sauce at all. Had to drizzle it with olive oil to get it down. Other pasta was ravioli also from seasonal menu and it was quite good. So mixed bag for us. We were too done to try the desserts maybe some other day. Though Tiramisu looked good and portion sizes were decent.

The location of the place is great and the food is good, but we had to wait over an hour for the pasta although the pizza was done within 25 mins and, of course, already gone before the rest of the food was handed out. This is also not the first time this has happened here...

Very nice location, super friendly staff, quick service, payment by credit card no problem. One star off as the pizza hangs off the too-small plates. It just looks bad and I also don't like my food touching the table. The concept with this super size is nice but this place shouldn't have saved money on buying plates that are simply too small...

Very long waiting time to get your order prepared but one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had in Germany 👌

Lovely experience, it was like a Saturday vibe on a Tuesday evening. Staff were really great as well. Food was lovely and I love that the same quality I had in Berlin is the same quality I had in Bonn.

This is a very nice location, expecially when you can sit outside. Any other dish I tried except for pizza was pretty average, somehow not really matching my taste. But I would be fine to dine there every now and then if at least the service wasn't that terrible. The staff is friendly, but somehow seems overwhelmed. I've been there quite a lot of times, and they always mess up the order. People tend to joke now that apparently everyone working there is just an apprentice, cause the amount of mistakes they make are way too high for experienced waiters.

Big and good pizza. Nice place to drink and eat something. Staff is very friendly. The only downside was the noise. It was crowdy and noisy when we were there. But the tastfull food was able to forget the noise

It's a L'Osteria so you know what you are getting, reliable pizza and lots of it! Maybe I caught them on an off day but this one did not seem quite as good as say the one in Spich. Just little things, minor things wrong with the order, pizza not quite as tasty. Like I say, everyone has off days.

Everything was perfect, food, service. I think I never eaten such a big & delicious pizza in germany :)

The pizzas 🍕🍕 were perfectly prepared (mine half and half), however, the spaghetti 🍝 ice cream 🍦 as pudding was no spaghetti ice at all. Why is it called so, if expectations must be disappointed 😞?

Although I'm not rare guest here, I will write about this place again.. Today's almost rainy day was shining especially due to professionalism and well behavior of waiter and his colleagues at the entrance to the garden part. I would dare to say that, except cold politeness, here in Germany human warm and open approuch is not what you see every day. This young team try to do their best to satisfy my requests and make me welcome here... If I'm asked, places with good and warm staff have huge advantage in comparison to places with nice chairs, painted walls and shining advertisements.. L'Osteria is restaurant where I like to come, especially in spring and summer time. Mr. Kilian make this day sunny, although weather forecast was not so promising 😎. Thanks for making my day... This is modern, well located and nicely furnished place. Lot of space for walking, running enjoying around. Parking available indoors as well as out next to it. Garden with Rhein view.. Simple but good food...

Very very bad service!!!!! Almost 30 mn to order a Pizza and 30 mn to get it at this place. We are in 2022, how can a food business so be managed? Honestly I’ve never seen such a bad organization. Better call Pizza Domino!

I would love to put zero star but it is impossible. Very arrogante and raciste people. The waiter was screaming on us and our kids. If you are not germain or if your are with kids. I highly advice avoiding this restaurant. Ps: I have complained to the manager and she didn’t event try to understand what happened, she just said it’s normal. So this is not a waiter problem, it is restaurant culture problem.

Pizza's good and with much thinner crust compared to others in Bonn. We ordered take-away at the spot and got our order within a few minutes.

Honestly I expected more from this restaurant. It looked fancy, the interior was nice and the staff was kind but unfortunately they were slow. We had to wait around 20 minutes for someone to take our order, even though the restaurant was half empty and we had a reservation. It also took long to get our food or to get the attention of the waiters to order something more. A colleague asked to have the rest of the pizza packaged and they only brought a box instead of packing it for him which surprised me, usually the staff packs the rest of your food for you. For some reason they also had only really small plates for the pizzas which made cutting them difficult. The food was good but all this made the experience just not too pleasant. I think I wouldn't go here again.

Great place for some italian food.. Price was good, Taste was good! The only thing is that its really crowded on the weekend.. sometimes you have to wait a little bit.. But when you ordered something its definetly good!

This L'Osteria has an amazing view and a great location. The menu and food is the same as in other L'Osterias. I had a salad this time, which was a good choice. I really liked the cheese and nuts. The service was a bit slow and they are a bit expensive.
