Kostenlose Parkplätze und eine traumhafte Lage sind das beste an diesem "Hotel". Personal ist sehr freundlich aber spricht nur Englisch. Zwei Leute sind dort für so ziemlich alles zuständig und damit sichtbar überfordert. Die Zimmer sind groß aber bei genauerer Betrachtung dreckig und man hatte das verlangen nach einem Staubsauger zu fragen. Die Bettwäsche hatte Flecken und roch muffig. Es gab einen modernen Fernseher und WLAN. Das Essen im Bistro war sehr schlecht und wir können dort nur geschlossene Getränke empfehlen. Das Frühstück war für 9,95€ ganz gut bis wir entdeckten das die unzähligen Katzen vor Ort sich auch davon bedienen. Der Außenbereich riecht stark nach Katzenurin.

Wer Lust auf dreckige muffige Zimmer hat, gerne die Haare vom vorherigen Gast auf dem Bettlaken mag,ein Frühstücksbuffet in einem ungepflegten Raum mit Brötchen aus Stein bevorzugt, der ist hier super aufgehoben. Sehr schade die Bilder im Internet entsprechen der Realität leider nicht .

Auf einem Spaziergang in der Strandbar auf einen Espresso/ Milchkaffee und Kuchen - nicht empfehlenswert. Die Lage ist prima, der Espresso gefärbtes Wasser, der Milchkaffee warme Milch mit einem lauem Hauch Kaffee. Nachtrag: die Toiletten waren eine Zumutung, weder Toilettenpapier noch Handtücher, dafür schwankender Wasserdruck und schon länger nicht mehr gereinigt.

“Thanks for your service”. Everything is perfect. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Especially, your manager is so nice and she was gave me a lot of useful information when I stayed here. I really pleased at this moments in your hotel. When I come and stay here, I feel like everything the peaceful atmosphere, walking around the Steinhuder Meer Nature Park or by bicycle and breath the pure fresh air. I hope that 1 next year, I can go there one again “ Strandhotel Edensee”

Summer n Winter a very sweet place to stay, …

I like this hotel, I really liked the beautiful scenery, friendly staff, and beautiful beaches.

Dieser Ort hat eine super perfekte Lage. Das macht diesen Ort zu etwas besonderem. Die Zimmer waren pragmatisch eingerichtet und es hat eigentlich nur an Garderobenhaken und Aufhängern gefehlt. Ein wenig mehr Gründlichkeit bei Spinnweben und Staub könnte nicht schaden. Der Service rund um Gastronomie und Hotel war gut. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut und ausreichend in Auswahl und Preis. Ein Surfer Paradies. Man könnte, wenn man anspruchsvoll ist, einen halben Stern noch abziehen.

Waren für 3 Nächte dort. Da wir viel unternommen hatten wir eigentlich nur die Zeit zum übernachten. Wenn man nicht zu hohe Erwartungen hat ist es gut auszuhalten. Die Hygiene und die Sauberkeit ließen in gewissen Punkten zu wünschen übrig. Aber Extrawünsche wie Zimmertausvh oder Zweitkissen würden prompt erfüllt Mit dem Personal gab es manchmal Verständigungsprobleme aber die Managerin war stets vor Ort und auch sehr höflich emsig wenn es um Erfüllung von Bitten ging. Das Frühstück ist für den Preis sicher ausbaufähig aber auch hier liegt das sicher im. Auge des Betrachters. Die gemütliche Strandbar lud Abends zum Ausklingen des Tages ein. Alles in allem ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Dank für das Buch 😉

Wunderschöner Ort zum Entspannen .Perfekte Lage ,sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter Frühstück super . Die Zimmer waren schön und groß. Der Preis ist für die Lage top . Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und freuen uns auf das nächste Mal . Schade ist nur das das Wasser nicht tief genug zum schwimmen ist .

Nur ein paar wenige Meter bis zum Strand am Steinhuder Meer. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer insbesondere der Badezimmer lies sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Hotelleiterin war sehr freundlich und legt viel Wert darauf dass sich ihre Gäste wohlfühlen, sie hat unsere Zimmer (30 Grad Außentemperatur) gegen kleinen Aufpreis von unter dem Dach auf Ebenerdig und definitiv kühler, umgebucht.

The hotel was clean and up to date with furnishings. The location was close to everything and rooms were spacious and had comfortable beds Very nice beach area, even with a bar and a great view of the lake. The facility was, spotless, and the cleaning staff was permanently present. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Great place to stay. The location is excellent d as well.

The room was really empty and functional. The bed was cozy and we slept well. A kettle, mugs and complimentary tea and water would have been an extra plus. The hotel is situated directly at the lake, so walking was good. The hotel also has a free parking lot for overnight guests. The downside at this hotel was that we were not able to regulate the temperature in the room so we had to leave the window open in order to have a bareable room temperature. The sink was leaking and you could see from the staining that this wasn't new. The breakfast costs about 9 Euros per Person. It was okay but a bit overpriced for what we got. The walls are not thick so you hear quite a bit of what is going on in the hall. All in all it was an okay stay if you aren't too picky. 😊 My dog cost 10 Euros per day.

Really good hotel ever i have seen in Europe

I had a room on the bottom floor.The good news was that the room was very big and cool.All other rooms got so heated up during the day time that they felt like a sauna. Breakfast was poor.The WiFi didn’t work.Also the room only got cleaned once during the time I was there in the week.

Clean quite hotel beach, family friendly atmosphere. The only one thing they should work on it is hotel menu. Breakfast, lunch and dinner menu can be simple also but more interesting when add warm choices for breakfast and wegetarian options in the menu. Would be back.

Great location, nice staff. Food was ok, but disliked that every order had to be payed right away, no bill option. Room wasn't cleaned properly, and need a renovation. Old foam mattress bed, really uncomfortable. Fly screen was ripped out, so no protection from mosquitoes and other insects.

Great place to visit, located in tremendous landscape. Lake is beautiful not only in summer. Place is very cozy and has it's own style. Also very nice, helpful, English speaking service is an advantage. 5 stars for me.

This hotel is pretty one. Service is very good. Location is wonderful. Because of the beach. I visited here to get holiday. And it was cool.
