(the negatives first) sorry! 👎 this store is known for reasonably priced articles, but my observation was otherwise. The goods cheap priced are really cheap quality. 👎 This place is far off, so please plan your ride, transportation accordingly. The store has some offers, usually pricey!!! (FEW TIPS) 🌹🌹 👉 Carry inch tapes with you, measure your homespace before coming so that, it is easier to take the decision on the spot. 👉 Get yourself an Ikea family card to have some savings and offers 👉 Avoid Saturdays, if you could, they are extremely busy. 👍 THE FOOD IS VERY REASONABLY PRICED AND Worth trying.

Every household item is available. Cheap and best. They have a restaurant near the check out point. Best and not at all expensive fast food... chicken tender dog 2 euro, softeis 1 euro vegan option is also available, veggie hotdog 1.5 euro, brod tid, bio-panzerotti etc.

Super spacious, good ideas to look at. I almost always enjoy walking around. It's a pity there is no shortcut exit for people (I personally know) who get panic attacks when you can't get out quickly, or particularly for days when you're not in the mood for walking, just take stuff I prepared on my list and go. I actually got lost and walked around in circles because of construction going on. Unfortunately, the playground for kids is closed, which is very disappointing, for me and my kids.

Always interesting options in second chance Market (Fundgrube, zweite Chance). Suggest to visit this area every time you come this branch. Enough and good access parking Helpful stuff but sometimes too much concentrated on one single customer which lead to long waiting for others who have just one simple question. It’s really annoying.

Best place to get cheap house hold items in a modern way :) Don't forget to try the food out here. I mostly go to have my lunch and dinner here. For drinks just pay 1 € unlimited refill

Unthoughtful packaging and delivered dangerous defected item (see images). The package contains glass inside and the carton box was too thin to protect the glass, so it was broken into many sharp pieces. In addition a wrong item was delivered, reclamation form did not reach to anyone. I understand that it's a hard time for everyone, but as people stay home more, the capacity should be better planned and customer services could habe been changed to somethings more reliable. IKEA is a big name so I doubt that they could not manage to deal with high volume needs.

Ikea was great, one stop shop for every thing. I really like the decor items and pictures which I can assemble on my own. The collection is huge and not forget that you can even eat at the restaurant because the food is good as well. over and all you will take around full day to explore everything in IKEA because it cannot be done in short time.

Actually, what I liked most about this place was the surroundings; the beautiful landscape and green fields. (well, I guess it has nothing to do with IKEA). Everything about the “IKEA experience” is similar to other branches. The restaurant was crowded, but the food was worth the line. The tables and the floor could benefit from more frequent cleaning. Keep in mind that if you want to use the restaurant after paying for the shopping, you have to inform the information desk, and they will keep your cart for you or give you a particular receipt.

ATTENTION IKEA Frankfurt Restaurant Manager: You have some bad apples within your staff. Providing the WORST service we ever experienced, during our last visit. The fries and schnitzel were stale and dry and the employee tried to trick me by mixing old food with new. You have lost us as customers and I hope some of the review readers will take their business elsewhere. We won’t put up with such service for the money we spend at your store. I do hope this will make you try to change things.

If you need to go furniture shopping with kids than this IKEA is the best IKEA store in surroundings of Frankfurt. Huge area for kids, restaurant with big playground area for kids, plenty of handcarts for kids. The only downside - chargers for electric cars are always broken

Amazing store with lots of useful stuff! We are very happy with our purchases! The cafe is very large and all the dishes are very tasty and satisfying! And the dessert is amazing!

Bought a couple of things for our house. I was with my gf and our small daughter. We forgot an item on the counter after the cashier. We're 2 minutes away and we realized and came back to the cashier. I said that I forgot sth here, but she said nobody returned. Went to the service info and I heard the same "nobody brought anything here". Any moment service info asked what it was or how we could find a solution. It seems customer service or care is just for advertising purposes only and selling more.

Just like most of the IKEA facilities worldwide, this one also is very well designed and organized. To start with, there are a lot of parking spaces (indoor/outdoor) available for different sizes of vehicles. The store always offers a very good collection of items (both proprietary and otherwise). I have never been disappointed with their collection, customer-friendly environments and staff. Please note that there is a dedicated kid’s zone in the facility, where you can leave your kids and go for a carefree shopping experience. The only disappointment that I would like to bring-up is their restaurant menu - doesn’t offer a lot of options for all kinds of people, considering their preferences, diets, etc. Since IKEA is usually about a day-long or at the minimum half-a-day affair, it would really make sense for them to offer more inclusive options on their menus as well, just like how they offer on their product catalog.

Paid for express delivery (next day). On the next day, nothing arrived so I called customer service and they tell me there was a technical problem with the order. They told me that the only solution is to cancel the order and that I have to place it again. I of course was very angry and asked when the items could be delivered, which are urgent. They told be next delivery date they can offer me is December 22nd!!😂😂 seems like a joke, but it’s true (exactly one month after the scheduled delivery). What a joke of customer service, this should have consequences and I expect a real solution from IKEA.

The best place on Earth. I visit this store every weekend and spend many hours. When I visit this store with my wife, I also end up spending a lot of money. The Restaurant is also worth visiting to try some Swedish meatballs, salads and desserts.

In this branch I bought several items during last year and my last experience was not good as I bought a PAX which includes a large box with several drawers and hanger for hanging clothes, unfortunately while I opened boxes at home I found out this item previously were opened, installed and uninstalled then previous buyers put the broken part back in the box and had returned it to the IKEA! But IKEA didn’t check the item and put it back to their store to sell it! Anyway I returned it and took another one which was new and proper fortunately, it costed me a trip back to Ikea anyway and process of changing item took mire than 3 hours plus transportation!

I am having a very bad experience with Ikea kitchen. Ikea asked me to go and collect one part from another city which was already out of stock. I feel stress getting this part from Ikea without it I can’t have my kitchen fitted. Really poor service because managing and delivering parts should be your headache not customers.

The most unprofessional IKEA I have ever seen. If you want to buy something from here, collect it from the shelves yourself. Do not order with them. I went to IKEA to order furniture on 25.10.2022. Since the earliest delivery date is 07.11.2022, I bought some on site. My order was delivered on Monday, 07.11.2022. Then I realized that the shoe holder and the recarmiere cover were missing. I haven't received any emails about them. I went to the store and explained the situation. They said they didn't have the shoe holder so they couldn't send it. Normally you inform the customer and refund their money. Then they said they would have it tomorrow and they could send it again. They didn't. I called 2 times, but I still have no information about the shoe holder. The recarmiere cover of the sofa was not in the order, so they did not send it. I ordered a sofa with product number. An IKEA employee prints the order for you and you pay at the cashier. The cover was missing. They told me as a customer, you had to check this out. Of course, I checked the paper in my hand, but how can I know how many sub-products a product has? After all, I only had the sofa product number, not the parts. Finally, the recarmiere had no screws or feet. They ship from Sweden and my half made sofa has been sitting in my living room for a week.

Nothing to complain about with shopping experience. With that said, one shouldn't have to wait 70 days to receive replacement of a faulty piece

Pretty awesome place to get the idea for your house setup if you are planning to move into a new house. Also the food which you get to eat is also great here. You need to have sufficient time when you are planning your visit to this place.

Very bad service. We come here for an appointment under 38 degrees weather and were late. The staff just sent us back rudely and refused to give further help. However, you could see plenty of staff there doing nothing.

Ikea is amazing. As everybody knows this nothing special to say about the furnitures. There are lot of internal original plants and artificial ones. The hot dog in the cafe was very tasty. The funny fact is all the names are written in swedish or some other language and nobody understands what it means. It is far away from the city and is costly to bring it home. If you dont know how to fit the furniture then you can call their partner for a fees.

This ranks as a good place. There is a restaurant that serves great priced meals all day long. Very spacious. The layout of the actual shop is an interesting investigation as one walk walls through the different sections. Almost Anything to do with homes. The cupboard ideas are especial novel, as they cater for all different rooms types and shapes. Parking is no problem. A good experience.

Not far from the city. Reachable also with public transports. Good IKEA cafeteria as everywhere else you can find. ;)

Always a great place to visit whether you need furniture, plants or just their meatballs. Due to the situation, the line up to get in was about 10 minutes. Once inside it wasn't too busy for a Saturday afternoon. Occasionally when the store has to change a display room, you can come in to disassemble the furniture you want to buy it at a discount. I prefer this store's visual merchandising than the other locations I've been to. It really gives the customer inspiration of how they can decorate their spaces.

So many ppl, however all shelters were organized and all clean. Easy to find what you are searching, all good. Just too much ppl and why all is free 2 go, in Restaurant you need a test, even less ppl than outside? Strange and not logical.

Great place to buy anything for your house or apartment. Also a good place to test your relationship! Thankfully I passed the test! We found a table sturdy enough to get serious work done on without breaking it.
