buy
something
from
here,
collect
it
from
the
shelves
yourself.
Do
not
order
with
them.
I
went
to
IKEA
to
order
furniture
on
25.10.2022.
Since
the
earliest
delivery
date
is
07.11.2022,
I
bought
some
on
site.
My
order
was
delivered
on
Monday,
07.11.2022.
Then
I
realized
that
the
shoe
holder
and
the
recarmiere
cover
were
missing.
I
haven't
received
any
emails
about
them.
I
went
to
the
store
and
explained
the
situation.
They
said
they
didn't
have
the
shoe
holder
so
they
couldn't
send
it.
Normally
you
inform
the
customer
and
refund
their
money.
Then
they
said
they
would
have
it
tomorrow
and
they
could
send
it
again.
They
didn't.
I
called
2
times,
but
I
still
have
no
information
about
the
shoe
holder.
The
recarmiere
cover
of
the
sofa
was
not
in
the
order,
so
they
did
not
send
it.
I
ordered
a
sofa
with
product
number.
An
IKEA
employee
prints
the
order
for
you
and
you
pay
at
the
cashier.
The
cover
was
missing.
They
told
me
as
a
customer,

had
to
check
this
out.
Of

checked
the
paper
in
my
hand,
but
how
can
I
know
how
many
sub-products
a
product
has?
After

had

number,
not
the
