Ich
hatte
eine
Gesichtslaserbehandlung
und
eine
Lichttherapie
in
dieser
Praxis.
Ich
hatte
beides
an
einem
Tag,
obwohl
mir
bei
einem
vorherigen
Beratungsgesprรคch
gesagt
wurde,
dass
zwischen
beiden
Behandlung
mindestens
zwei
Wochen
Zeit
liegen
mรผssen,
damit
sich
die
Haut
regeneriert.
Der
behandelnde
Arzt
hatte
aber
anscheinend
nur
das
Geld
und
seine
Zeitersparnis
im
Auge.
Zumindest
sprache
er
die
ganze
Zeit
nur
von
Geld
und
wie
viel
ich
sparen
wรผrde
wenn
ich
beides
an
einem
Tag
machen
wรผrde,
daher
bin
ich
auf
den
Vorschlag
eingegangen.
Ich
hรคtte
nicht
gedacht
,
dass
mich
ein
Facharzt
so
falsch
beraten
kann.
Auรerdem
habe
ich
schlussendlich
dann
doch
mehr
gezahlt,
da
man
fรผr
zwei
Behandlung
15%
Nachlass
bekommt.
Ich
habe
extra
gefragt
ob
ich
die
15%
auch
erhalte
wenn
ich
beide
Behandlungen
zusammen
mache
und
mir
wurde
von
dem
Arzt
versichert,
dass
dies
so
ist.
Bei
der
Abrechnung
am
Ende
sagte
er
mir,
dass
ich
die
15%
aber
erst
fรผr
eine
zweite
Behandlung
bekomme
wenn
ich
wiederkomme.
Hรคtte
ich
also
zuerst
die
Lichttherapie
gemacht
und
hรคtte
dann
zwei
Wochen
gewartet
und
dann
den
fraktional
Leser
gemacht,
wรคre
ich
doch
gรผnstiger
davon
gekommen
und
sicherlich
mit
viel
weniger
Schmerzen.
Ich
hatte
starke
Schmerzen
bei
der
zweiten
Behandlung.
Zuerst
habe
ich
die
Lichttherapie
bekommen
und
20
Minuten
spรคter
den
fraktional
Leser.
Da
war
meine
Haut
natรผrlich
schon
sehr
gereizt.
Die
Behandlung
ist
allerdings
wohl
immer
schmerzhaft.
Ich
war
zwei
Wochen
sehr
stark
angeschwollen
und
jetzt
fast
vier
Monate
danach
habe
ich
immer
noch
eine
Netzstruktur
auf
meinem
ganzen
Gesicht
.
einen
Unterschied
sieht
man
nicht
wirklich.
Durch
den
Draktionslaser
sind
zwar
einige
Sommersprossen
weggefallen,
viele
sind
aber
auch
geblieben.
Ich
habe
die
Nachbehandlung
genauso
durchgefรผhrt,
wie
der
Arzt
es
gewรผnscht
hat.
Man
darf
kein
Wasser
verwenden
mindestens
24
Stunden
lang
und
soll
sich
gut
eincremen.
Ich
habe
mir
eine
sehr
teure
Creme
mit
Vitamin
C
von
Vichy
gekauft,
aber
alles
hat
nichts
gebracht.
Die
Lichttherapie
war
ein
Witz.
Weder
Mitesser
noch
Akne
ist
davon
verschwunden,
obwohl
ich
beides
nicht
so
viel
habe.
Der
Arzt
wollte
sogar
dass
ich
eine
zweite
Lichttherapie
mache.
Lassen
sie
bloร
die
Finger
davon,
es
bringt
gar
nichts
auรer
Geld
in
die
Kasse
des
Arztes.
Die
Falten
sind
auch
alle
noch
da,
obwohl
er
mir
gesagt
hat
ich
wรผrde
10
Jahre
jรผnger
aussehen,
also
wie
28
danach.
Dafรผr
habe
ich
knapp
350
โฌ
bezahlt.
Ich
glaube
es
wird
generell
mit
einem
sehr
schwachen
Laser
gearbeitet,
der
nicht
viel
bringt.
Ich
habe
mich
nicht
wohl
gefรผhlt,
denn
es
wurde
die
ganze
Zeit
nur
davon
gesprochen
was
etwas
kostet
und
รผberhaupt
gar
keine
Rรผcksicht
auf
mich
genommen.
Auch
wurde
nicht
mal
gefragt
ob
ich
gegen
irgendwelche
Inhaltsstoffe
allergisch
bin.
Es
wurde
eine
Creme
benutzt,
ohne
mich
zu
fragen,
ob
diese
fรผr
mich
angemessen
ist.
Ich
wรผrde
hier
nie
wieder
eine
Behandlung
durchfรผhren
lassen,
weil
meine
Haut
jetzt
deutlich
schlechter
ist
als
zuvor.
Der
Arzt
sprach
auch
kein
gutes
Deutsch.
Die
Beratung
war
mangelhaft.
(Translated

I
had
facial
laser
treatment
and
light
therapy
at
this
practice.
I
had
both
in
one
day,
although
I
was
told
at
a
previous
consultation
that
there
must
be
at
least
two
weeks
between
the
two
treatments
for
the
skin
to
regenerate.
Apparently,
the
attending
doctor
only
had
money
and
time
saving
in
mind.
At
least
all
he
was
talking
about
was
money
and
how
much
I'd
save
if
I
did
both
in
one
day,
so
I
went
along
with
the
suggestion.
I
would
not
have
thought
that
a
specialist
could
give
me
such
wrong
advice.
In
addition,
I
ended
up
paying
more
because
you
get
a
15%
discount
for
two
treatments.
I
specifically
asked
if
I
would
get
the
15%
if
I
did
both
treatments
together
and
the
doctor
assured
me
that
I
would.
At
the
end
of
the
billing,
he
told
me
that
I
would
only
get
the
15%
for
a
second
treatment
when
I
came
back.
So
if
I
had
done
the
light
therapy
first
and
then
waited
two
weeks
and
then
done
the
fractional
reader,
I
would
have
gotten
off
cheaper
and
certainly
with
a
lot
less
pain.
I
had
severe
pain
on
the
second
treatment.
First
I
got
the
light
therapy
and
20
minutes
later
the
fractional
reader.
Of
course,
my
skin
was
already
very
irritated.
However,
the
treatment
is
always
painful.
I
was
very
swollen
for
two
weeks
and
now
almost
four
months
later
I
still
have
a
mesh
all
over
my
face.
you
don't
really
see
a
difference.
Although
some
freckles
have
disappeared
due
to
the
Draktionslaser,
many
have
remained.
I
carried
out
the
follow-up
treatment
exactly
as
the
doctor
requested.
You
must
not
use
water
for
at
least
24
hours
and
you
should
apply
lotion.
I
bought
a
very
expensive
cream
with
vitamin
C
from
Vichy,
but
nothing
worked.
The
light
therapy
was
a
joke.
Neither
blackheads
nor
acne
have
disappeared
from
it,
although
I
don't
have
either
that
much.
The
doctor
even
wanted
me
to
do
a
second
light
therapy.
Just
keep
your
hands
off
it,
it
brings
nothing
but
money
into
the
doctor's
coffers.
The
wrinkles
are
all
still
there,
even
though
he
told
me
I
looked
10
years
younger,
like
28
years
later.
I
paid
around
โฌ350
for
it.
I
think
a
very
weak
laser
is
generally
used,
which
is
not
very
useful.
I
didn't
feel
comfortable
because
the
whole
time
they
only
talked
about
what
costs
something
and
I
wasn't
taken
into
account
at
all.
They
didn't
even
ask
if
I
was
allergic
to
any
of
the
ingredients.
A
cream
was
used
without
asking
me
if
it
was
appropriate
for
me.
I
would
never
have
a
treatment
here
again
because
my
skin
is
now
significantly
worse
than
before.
The
doctor
didn't
speak
good
German
either.
The
advice
was
lacking.
