Für
die
"Umschreibung"
meines
0815
VW
Crafter
LKW
zum
Wohnmobil
hat
man
mir
sage
und
schreibe
278€
abgeknöpft.
Es
wurde
lediglich
die
Wohnmobilzulassung
eingetragen,
keine
Gasanlage,
keine
Sitzkonsolen
oder
ähnliche
Dinge.
Demnach
können
hier
auch
keine
zusätzlichen
Recherchearbeiten
notwendig
gewesen
sein.
Die
erste
Prüfung
hat
45
Minuten
gedauert,
die
Nachprüfung
25
Minuten.
Nach
der
Gebührenordnung
der
Dekra
käme
man
somit
auf
branchenübliche
~160€
(hat
man
mir
an
einer
anderen
Dekra-Prüfstelle
auch
bestätigt).
Auf
meine
telefonische
und
schriftliche
Beschwerde
gab
es
unter
Anderem
folgende
Antworten:
“das
kostet
halt
so
viel”,
“in
ihrem
Fall
ist
ein
erhöhter
Aufwand
angefallen”,
“sie
sparen
jetzt
doch
Steuern
&
Versicherung,
da
muss
man
das
im
Gesamtpaket
sehen”
und
noch
weiteren
Unsinn.
Dass
in
diesem
Fall
gar
kein
erhöhter
Aufwand
angefallen
sein
kann
und
auch
die
Gesamtzeiten
dies
widerspiegeln,
wurde
ignoriert.
Interessanterweise
erwähnte
man
aber,
dass
der
Prüfingenieur
(6
Minuten)
Zeit
für
eine
Vorbesprechung
per
Telefon
hätte
aufwenden
müssen.
Im
Übrigen
wollte
ich
das
Fahrzeug
direkt
persönlich
vorführen,
habe
aber
auf
Vorschlag
des
Prüfingenieur
Fotos
per
Mail
geschickt.
Dass
man
mir
dies
später
ohne
Ankündigung
berechnen
würde
hätte
wohl
niemand
erwartet...
Derartige
Kurzberatungen
bekommt
man
üblicherweise
bei
jedem
"TÜV"
ohne
jegliche
Berechnung...
Meiner
Meinung
nach
ist
das
absoluter
Wucher.
Ich
werde
mich
bestimmt
nicht
damit
abfinden.
Man
sollte
wissen,
dass
mittlerweile
ALLE
Prüforganisationen
diese
Abnahme
durchführen
dürfen...
Update

Ich
habe
eine
Beschwerde
bei
Reclabox
eröffnet.

For
the
"paraphrasing"
of
my
0815
VW
Crafter
truck
to
the
mobile
home,
I
was
charged
a
whopping
€278.
Only
the
mobile
home
registration
was
entered,
no
gas
system,
no
seat
consoles
or
similar
things.
Accordingly,
no
additional
research
work
could
have
been
necessary
here.
The
first
exam
lasted
45
minutes
and
the
follow-up
exam
25
minutes.
According
to
the
Dekra
scale
of
fees,
this
would
amount
to
around
€160,
which
is
customary
in
the
industry
(this
was
also
confirmed
to
me
at
another
Dekra
test
center).
When
I
complained
over
the
phone
and
in
writing,
I
received
the
following
answers,
among
others:
"It
just
costs
so
much",
"In
your
case,
there
was
an
increased
effort",
"You
are
saving
taxes
and
insurance
now,
you
have
to
see
it
as
a
whole"
and
more
nonsense.
The
fact
that
no
increased
effort
can
have
been
incurred
in
this
case
and
that
the
total
times
also
reflect
this
was
ignored.
Interestingly,
however,
it
was
mentioned
that
the
test
engineer
(6
minutes)
should
have
spent
time
for
a
preliminary
telephone
discussion.
Incidentally,
I
wanted
to
demonstrate
the
vehicle
directly
in
person,
but
at
the
suggestion
of
the
test
engineer
I
sent
photos
by
email.
Nobody
would
have
expected
that
I
would
be
billed
for
this
later
without
notice...
You
usually
get
such
brief
advice
from
every
"TÜV"
without
any
calculation...
In
my
opinion,
this
is
absolute
extortion.
I'm
definitely
not
going
to
put
up
with
it.
You
should
know
that
ALL
testing
organizations
are
now
allowed
to
carry
out
this
acceptance...
