Eigentlich 3,5 Sterne, aber ich Runde auf auf 4. Es war sehr schön und amüsant. Die Aussicht ist super und es gibt hier einen Strand mit Sand und Liegestühle. Leider kommt das Personal mit den Gästen nicht hinterher. Das Essen habe ich statt wie versprochen 25 Minuten erst in knapp einer Stunde bekommen. Ich hatte Gyros bestellt, welches sich einer Schawarma sehr ähnelt, und daher "eigentlich" schnell zu fertigen wäre. Die Schlange für die Getränke dauerte 35 Minuten. Eindeutig zu lange.

Beautiful beer garden that is on a small island in the middle of the river. When you come here you can get a pint of beer and walk anywhere on the island which makes it great for picnicing and finding a solitary place to hang out. Beers are a good price and the staff is friendly I would highly recommend taking some time to visit here since the scenery is amazing.

The location is excellent. On a small island on Spree this place offers good activities on a sunny ☀️ day. During spring and summer it is crowded and during winters itay only open during weekends.

Once again a delightful Sunday (yesterday). Flammkuchen (Tarte flambée) with tomatoes and mozzarella and Berliner Weiße with woodruff (Wow, that was delicious😋!!! ). That's how it must be... 😁 - Wonderful! 🤩 Top-notch service! 👌

This Biergarten is on the tiny little island on the edge of Treptower park. It has wonderful views and also a station to book kayaks & boats. The atmosphere is great and it gets pretty crowded. They also accept card payments.

Am Wasser sitzen, dass Wetter genießen und etwas trinken oder essen. Das Gelände ist sehr schön angelegt. Es gibt viele unterschiedliche Sitzbereiche und auch einen Piratenspielplatz. Im Strandkorb kann man genau so sitzen, wie auf der Bierbank oder Zeit im Liegestuhl verbringen. Beim Blick aufs Wasser kann man entspannen und das bunte Treiben beobachten. Sehr nettes Team.

Quiet place. Friendly staff. Very comfortable to stay for 1-2 hours and take delicious and fresh food. Recommend to visit!

This place offers fun ways to spend a day with friends and family. One can rent a boat or do paddling. The food is also good. We ordered vegetarian Flammkuchen and it was really delicious. If you are coming here on a holiday or a weekend then expect long lines.

Nice place near the river. Toilets are free to use and clean. You can grab a postcard for free, too. We didn't try the food. There was only one beer on tap.

Cute little place for having something to eat/drink. They offer beach chairs to relax and enjoy the marvelous view (especially at night). They shine colors on the trees at night which makes the place super beautiful and romantic.

really nice place to relax and enjoy your time.. it is crowded yet not so noisy! which was really nice on a Sunday evening.. the beer was delicious, the American cheesecake was yummy and we ended by taking a flammkuchen (it is similar to a pizza) with mozzarella and Pesto which was also yummy they also had vegan options (wurst and something else) that I didn't try but smelled good very recommended

The place is very nice, you can enjoy drinks and food near the Spree. However, we came for a concert and the room was very very small. The sound was not very good (I'm not talking about the artist, but about the sound in itself). It's such a pitty because the place is charming.

Great location right next to the river 'Spree'. Boat rental is available and a "Biergarten" to enjoy some drinks & food. The Soulkitchen offers a variety of dishes that are alright. The prices aren't the cheapest though. As for the Inselgarten bar staff is unorganised, not too attentive, barely smiles and 'wannabe cool'. Service isn't No. 1 on the agenda, unfortunately. Drinks are good, although the prices could be cheaper. In general it's a great location to hang out at and enjoy the sun and vicinity to the water, surrounded by "nature".

A very beautiful place in Treptower Park- it has chairs to sit next to the river and a bunch of food and drinks options. The coffee was surprisingly good, and the fries and flammkuchen were well made too. Great place to chill on a summer day while enjoying the views of the river.

Ein toller ruhiger Spot, gemütlich, sauber, nettes Personal. Das Essen ist bio mit Zertifizierung und Co und daher höherpreisiger aber zusätzlich toll angerichtet - es ist es wert. Bei Veranstaltungen war ich noch nicht hier. Bei der Kanuliebe auf dem Gelände kann man auch SUPs, Tretboote leihen - auch geil.

Ein gemütlicher Biergarten auf der Insel der Jugend, mit vielen Tischen bzw Strandstühlen direkt am Wasser, perfekt um sein Feierabendbier mit leckeren essen zu genießen . Als Bier gibt es frisch gezapftes tschechisches Pilsener Urquell😋 und zum Essen kann ich die Flammkuchen empfehlen, zwar minimal teurer als woanders , aber die Qualität und der Geschmack rechtfertigen den Preis. Also für alle die in der Nähe sind, definitiv eine Pflicht dort einzukehren.

Eine kleine WohlfühlOase direkt am Wasser gelegen mit kleinem Biergarten, wo man die Füße in feinen Sandstrand schieben kann. Hier ist der Name Programm 🏖️ ein Inselgarten. War schon öfter da, weil alles einfach passt. Trotz Stress & Massenandrang ist das Personal stets freundlich, zuvorkommend & gut gelaunt. Hier gibt es Deftiges wie Flammenkuchen, Bratwurst & Pommes oder eine tolle Auswahl an leckeren Kuchen oder das beste Eis am Stiel mit natürlichen Zutaten von Paletas. Es gibt Longdrinks, Bier, Kaffee, Tee usw. Selbst ein KanuVerleih ist direkt dabei. Alles um den Sommer zu genießen. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Ort mit tollen Menschen シ

Not giving 5 stars on service because of the Pfand system. I understand why they do it, but it is a bit annoying having to return your glass and chip before getting a new drink, I think they could do a faster exchange right at the bar

Very nice environment, directly on the river. The food was good and the beer was cold. Unfortunately they closed quite early (20h), in June and even the weather was great.

Quite and relaxing place to eat and chill (visited it in warm september working day). They have few nice options of food, but the portions are not too big. It has the feeking of small resort in the ilend. Had a hamurger with pulled pork (7eu) which was okeish. Loved the atmosphere, but the food quality could be lot better than it is.

Geat spot with a nice biew on the river. Selfservice. Long queue for drinks. Regular taste beers and a little bit too pricy. I would expect better beer selection in such a place. Fast food level dishes, but on plates. Again, I would appreciate sth more sophisticated. Chill climate just for a weekend's afternoon.

Really cool place to hang out in the summer

The attendant working at the food booth asked for tips while holding the cash note I handed her. Tips should not be asked. Zenner is not as close to the river, but at least the air is fresher and it doesn’t smell of frying oil.

This beer garden is the hidden gem in Berlin. It has a great for you to the river. The beer and snack were also really good. We all had such a good time there.

Wir haben mehrere Party-Anlässe zusammengefasst und alles auf einmal im Juli auf der Insel der Jugend in einem großen Sommerfest abgefeiert. Ab Nachmittag draußen im Inselgarten, auf der Wiese neben dem Biergarten, am Abend dann zusätzlich mit Musik und Tanz drinnen. Was war das für eine gute Entscheidung! Über Lage und Ambiente muss man nicht viel schreiben: Viel schöner als auf der Insel der Jugend wird es in Berlin nicht. Die Betreuung durch das gesamte Insel-Team war einfach großartig: Organisation und Beratung im Vorfeld waren hoch professionell und zuverlässig. Am Tag der Party hat das Team schon morgens bei uns angerufen, um wegen der durchwachsenen Wettervorhersage alle möglichen Optionen (wie geplant draußen feiern oder doch lieber nach drinnen wechseln?) durchzusprechen und uns zu beraten. Der Service während der Party war immer aufmerksam, freundlich und strahlte gute Laune aus. Man merkt, dass da Leute am Werk sind, die etwas von ihrer Arbeit verstehen und Spaß daran haben. Das Beste aber war das sogenannte Theater-Deck, das wir für Musik und Tanz reserviert hatten: Licht- und Soundanlage lassen dort wirklich nichts zu wünschen übrig. Dank perfekter Schallisolierung kann es drinnen richtig krachen, ohne dass man draußen auch nur einen Ton davon hört. Mittlerweile nicht mehr so einfach, in der Stadt einen Ort zu finden, an dem man die Musik auch mal über gehobene Zimmerlautstärke hinaus aufdrehen kann, ohne dass sich gleich jemand gestört fühlt. Alles in allem: Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt auf der Insel Berlin. Ohne Einschränkung sehr zu empfehlen.
