Great shop, nice atmosphere, friendly and competent staff! There's always really good coffee here :-)

I always enjoy coming to the Tchibo branch, whether for a cup of coffee or to find a gift. I just find it pleasant to sit here and chat or look around. The cakes and snacks are actually quite okay, but for me personally it would be good if they were less sweet.

Staff is nice and competent. Everything is clean. Coffee is cheaper than in the surrounding cafes and just as high quality. There is a nice, cheap offer (coffee or cappuccino with the cake of the day)! A small point of criticism: The ashtrays in the outdoor area are 90% defective! Sounds funny, yes, and won't interest non-smokers, but these are "functional" ashtrays especially for outdoor use, where you "sink" ash and butts into the ashtray using a "pressure lever". The only stupid thing is that this “lever” no longer exists in 90% of the existing equipment. But that's really the only point of criticism!!! I like this place. :-)

Coffee was good as in all the Tchibo stores, however the very negative attitude of the person who attended me made me feel a poor experience for shopping in this store

Very nice costumer service! The personel is very friendly! Fr. Horvat helped me today to find the best coffe product that suits me and also depite my bad german language skills she was nice to me and she was able to explain to me and help me find the best coffee product that suits my needs. I would recommend Tchibo from Ingolstadt City Center to everyone who wants to find out more about coffee in general and coffee products. The coffee i tried was perfect! And they helped me a lot to understand what a real coffee is all about! Thank you!

Nice shop, neat and clean! You can always find something here! And after shopping, eat delicious coffee and cake😋, what more could you want :-) the cheesecake is my personal favorite, you have to try it!!! Beautiful indoor and outdoor areas definitely invite you to linger! Staff always very friendly, helpful and competent!

Ich war gerade im Laden eine Verkäuferin namens Fr. Frö…. hat mir ohne Tchibocard, die ich nicht dabei hat keinen Aktionspreis gegeben. Die Dame nach mir sagte das Gleiche und hat laut Verkäuferin „ausnahmsweise“ den Aktionspreis erhalten. Sehr ungerechte Behandlung!!!
