This nail place is racist and unwelcoming to foreigners, black and brown people. The manager told me to go back to my country (which is ironic since she herself is from Vietnam) and kicked me out of her store because I complained that my nails were not painted correctly. I went to Tyty nails for an acrylic manicure and regular pedicure. My experience was positive until I was escorted to the pedicure section. I had no problem throughout my pedicure until the employee started to paint my nails. That's when I voiced my concerns. I told the employee that my pedicure was not done correctly. The nail polish had bubbles, the nail was coated unevenly and the sides of the nails were not painted at all! I speak little english, so I used google translate and the words "nicht gut" to express my concerns. The employee waived her hand at me as to say "hush, you're speaking too loudly". It seemed that she did not want her colleagues to hear my concern. I was taken aback, but allowed her to remove my nail polish and start over. This time, she buffed my toe nails and proceeded to re-paint my nails. Before she finished I could see that she was making the same mistakes and asked her to stop. I said "Stop, bitte. Nicht gut farbe" I pointed to the side of my nails to show her that she was not painting my nails completely and that the color was uneven. She shushed me! The person in charge or manager came in when she saw the concern in my face. She asked me if everything was okay and I said no, then showed her my toe nails. I used my google translate app to tell her my concerns "My nail polish is uneven, some parts are darker than others. My nails are not completely coated with the nail polish, as you can see the sides of my nails are unpainted". She took a second look at my nails and told me that the paint job was good. I may not speak good German but it was obvious to anyone that my nails looked unprofessionally painted. She got frustrated and began speaking English. She told me to pay 40 Euros instead of the total cost of the service and asked me to get my nails painted elsewhere. I told her that I only want them to paint my nails the right way and that as long as they do I have no problem paying the cost of the service. She told me that that's the way they paint nails here in Germany. I had trouble believing that being that the lady who got her pedicure done next to me had even, fully coated, nails and given the photos all over their stores displaying beautiful professional manicures. The employee proceeded to remove my nail polish and cleaned the pedicure tub. She waived her hands at me rudely to "move out of her way" while she cleaned the tub because I was still sitting on the chair. I told her I would call my husband so that we could communicate better. My husband asked me to send him the address so I went to the desk to grab the "Price list" which has the address on it. All of a sudden the manager came over to me and snatched it out of my hand. I was appalled. She proceeded to yell at me in English. She said I was two-faced, I should go back to my country and that she did not want one cent from me. Then she told me to leave the store. I tried to reason with her. I told her that I had no problem paying them, all I want is them to paint my nails the same way they painted the other customer's nails. I told her my husband was coming and needs the address on the card. I grabbed another card and the lady snatched it from me again. She again yelled at me to leave the store. I found the address on google maps and sent it to my husband. I've never experienced such disrespect and hate from anyone in my life. I sat down and cried until my husband arrived and recorded her for 2 minutes while she tried to justify her behavior to her customers. YES, she did all of this in front of 3 customers. When my husband arrived, I told him everything. He exchanged words with her and then we left. I still can't believe there are people in this world this disgusting. Please do not support this business. If so, you are supporting their behavior.

I've been to a few nail salons, but Tyty is and remains the best. You can get an appointment quickly and the employees always do a great job. It never takes more than an hour, is cheap (refill €35) and I'm always satisfied. Always my pleasure :-)
