This restaurant is a no-brainer if you want to have authentic Chinese food in Kalimpong! (Saying this after binge-eating in almost every restaurant in Kalimpong over 2 months). Yummy food and hospitality at its best. We ordered chow chow rice, oyster pork, and chicken drumsticks, and all of it was mindblowingly good and made with super fresh ingredients. Jasmine tea was just the perfect end to the feast! P.S: Strike a conversation with the owner, and you would know what an amazing bunch of passionate people run this place.

We never heard of it but just found it on our way to Circuit House, Kalimpong in an official tour. We dropped off for a late lunch. Never expected much, as a small restaurant with not so much ornamented decor hardly could offer much. But we were totally wrong. The owner introduced himself and told that he was from Chinatown, Kolkata. He brought the authentic Chinese food from there. As per his suggestion we tried egg, chicken and prawn fried rice along with chicken manchurian and sweet and sour chicken. We also ordered sweet corn chicken soup. Trust me, the very first sip reminded me of Tangra (Chinatown, Kolkata) Restaurants. The rice was at par with the soup but the best item was chicken manchurian which stole the show definitely. The proprietor also told us that he didn’t compromise with the taste. All his items were cooked in different and freshly cooked sauces! That’s really amazing. Lastly the restaurant is not even a month old but has already taken a place in our heart.

Best place to have authentic Chinese food in Kalimpong. The taste and quantity is 5/5. Customer service is very good. They are very polite and well mannered. Special thanks to Greg for his awesome service during our visit. Heartily recommended. One of the best resturants I have visited to date.

Visited the new Chinese restaurant with friends. This place has no paper menu but has wifi n you need to download the menu by scanning QR code n then place your order "online", a bit cumbersome for some but there is some one to help you. The portions was good, the price reasonable, the food was good, though they served the mixed fried rice with prawns even after we had requested not to put the prawns. Good place to meet up with friends n take your family . Good service. Only grouse- the loo is located at the entrance! As to the best chinese - you will have to decide !

If you come Kalimpong then must visit this restaurant for wonderful Chinese cuisine. From starters to Main dish it’s really wow! We travelled from kolkata to Darjeeling and Darjeeling to Kalimpong. I really can’t believe this kind of Chinese restaurant, the Kalimpong has. The ambience is wonderful. The interior design is done by the owner itself and it’s really eye catching. It’s like that, the awesome place definitely attracts anyone for sure. Talking about the food, we had taken the chicken, sea fish, prawn dishes. And they all were mouth watering. The freshness of food and the yummy test of authentic Chinese taste really mesmerised us. We took picture with the owner. Their hospitality was awesome. I felt that I came to my elder brother’s house and they are dining us their finest cooked foods. Really enjoyable. I really recommend this Chinese restaurant.

If you are into exploring your flavour pallet then you must visit this beautiful restaurant. I ordered pork chow chow rice and found it incredibly delicious. Good vibe. Fair cost. Freshly prepared with appealing presentation. More than fair portion size. Go for it!

We had read a lot about this restaurant but were a bit let down with the dishes that we had ordered ... the chicken wanton soup was nice but the chicken chow mein with gravy had an unpleasant congealed texture. Could be a one off occurance...

Five of us visited this restaurant looking for a Chinese lunch and we were blown away. Despite having over-ordered, we could not stop ourselves from wolfing down the delicious food. Strongly recommend as one of the best Chinese restaurants in town.

Absolutely gorgeous food. Fresh and yumm, although has a Calcutta touch to the recipes, but way so much better than any fancy joints and perfect for Desi tastebuds.

The food, the service and the ambience were perfect to enjoy a quality time. Looking forward to visiting again the next time I come home.
