Pleasant experience in the Sangsay Valley Resort of Upper Ichhe Gaon. Rooms are specious and clean. Food quality is also good. Room service is timely. Excellent scenic view from balcony and room window. Staffs are helpful and cordial. There are two nice friendly pet dogs. Mobile network problem is there.

It is a very good place to visit. We had got a very beautiful scenery from the balcony of the homestay. The behaviour of the people working was so nice and they were very neat and clean.

Sangsay Valley Resort, Kaimpong, Big name but useless in work. Very bad behavior of the lady owner and they fail to fulfill all promises. Such a big names but they let guests eat in paper cups and plates, just like a cheap hotel, there was not even a good cup of tea to be found. There is not even a drinking glass in the room. They did not even give drinking water also. You have to ask for that too. You have to ask for soap and towels also, they don't give anything. Vary vary bad management and room service. Please don't waste your money to stay here. If possible I will rate this in minus rating.

All behavior was bad , quality of food bad ,quantity is to small I as tea after breakfast they denied. So today early morning we left. Last night i ask one glass of milk for my 4 years son they dint give me.

I don't have any words to describe or appreciate about SANGSAY VALLEY RESORT,KALIMPONG. I frequently go to tour all over India and staying all the Hotels & Home Stays.But I have not seen this kind of Resort/Home Stay in my entair tour life. This is the most worst resort/Home Stay that I have seen in my entair life starting from Check-in to Check-out all the services by them are below standard. I will not recommend anyone to visit or stay in this Resort/Home Stay even for a single day also. The rude behavior of the lady (Owner's Wife) is the most worst person I have seen throughout my life. From Check-in to Check-out there was nobody standing or assist us,only 2(two) room boy carry our luggage at the time of check-in. Clearly speaking their was no room service at all,their was no drinking water nor any glass/water jug provided for us after check-in. If it was under my control I will not give single point rating for this Resort / Home Stay.

Frankly speaking my stay at Sangsay Valley Resort or Home Stay was very horrible. Very very bad reception, worst behaviour. Personally i will not recommend this homestay to any one.i will give zero rating to this homestay.

Very good ambiance and amazing proprietors.. food is amazing too.
