Don't EVER go to this restaurant if you're planning to dine out. First of all they don't have half the dishes mentioned in their menu! Secondly, they tell you that they can serve you only after they finish serving the other table. Then they take over 1.5 hrs to get your food ready. And the waitresses there have such an attitude!!! If there was an option to not give even one star, I would. Bad bad bad disgusting service

Good food.

No food only a big book of useless menu, the waitress didn't know the items in the menu and kept saying 'i have no idea' for every dish we asked for. The looks are really nice but the service is really bad when we ordered for coke the waitress dropped the straw and without thinking put it on the drink after picking the straw up from the dirty floor ...i still hope that all these inconvenience is temporary.

I can sum up the rare qualities of these Staff Members by saying that we never felt that we had checked in at a Hotel. We always felt we were home with our near and dear family members. Hats off. All Staff Members came out to see us off & wish us a happy journey as we boarded our Cab; a rare hospitality. They compensate for anything that is not available in the Hotel by any chance. 3. RESTAURANT: A very clean and beautifully arranged Restaurant which provides you a very tasty food of all kinds. Hats off to the Chef. This is a review of the restaurant, not the hotel. Very good food - we stopped for breakfast and though the kitchen was just opening, they made us lovely chapati-sabji and maggi-eggs. The restaurant is spacious and neat and clean. The washrooms are clean and outside the building. It's easy to locate from the main road, and has a good view of the Teesta river.

We went there on 11 th may,2022.stayed there 3nights. Excellent location,excellent room, excellent food,last but not the least excellent behaviour of all the staffs. We were very satisfied with our stay in hotel Lama dhim.

My experience with this is pathetic, the staffs has a very major attitude, i went to interview here but the actual environment was horrible, i was treated so disrespectfully. I was offered a job but i refused it.

Hi this is a review ONLY for the resturant. I had ordered a few items yesterday night from an app called Doorstep. First of all they didn't have an item I asked for and asked to change it for something else. I agreed. The item they delivered was something else. It was half cooked and the other curry was so bad we didn't eat it. I had my dinner after an hour so I didn't check it. Hence i didn't call doorstep. Please provide certain professionalism while serving food.

Located at beautiful places. You can enjoy the beautiful scenary from room available on 2nd & 3rd Floor. Staffs are also very co-operative here.

Too dirty to stay. Restaurant is okay but rooms are extremely unclean and there was no room service. They served spotty bedsheets and wet towels. There were dirt and hairs all over the room. But the view from my window was quite good and the staffs' behaviors were also pleasant.

The place has a nice vintage feel to it. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Services are satisfactory. However, I would suggest that some renovations and repairs are due. The rooms could have been a little bit more dusted and tidied.

I only had lunch with my family. The quality of the food was standard, nothing special about.

Worst place to stay. Manager is extremely rude and doesn't take responsibility of the mislead. No service. Rooms are very dirty and not maintained. Most of the functions in the rooms don't work. No one takes responsibility. The restaurant is equally bad.

Hotel service is very bad they don't have mosquito liquid staff are don't understand what u r saying very bad service from them, even they don't give water in the room they don't came for service after calling several time, my suggestion is don't go for this hotel it's horrible.

Standard hotel with very basic facilities.

I stayed here just for one night. It was kind of a way point between my journey from Kolkata to Darjeeling. Overall, the room was great with all the amenities. Its takes around 10 min to reach from the NJP railway station. If you have a lot of heavy baggage then ask for ground floor rooms as the property doesn't have lifts.
