Very bad experience.Rooms, toilet are not cleaned.Beds were harder than bricks.Couldn't sleep through out night, check out one day before.Have no dining, can't view the nature from balcony. Being among the market place,it is quite noisy too.

One of the best thing in this room is they were very polite and rooms were clean you can get rooms there easily

Nearest to bus stand but no elevator so it will be difficult to reach 3rd floor with heavy luggage. Owner is very much polite and humble. Online price is acceptable but offline prices charged is more than the services offered. Little bit of stinky smell from towel and blanket and need to be cleaned and washed ,it is due to water scarcity in kalimpong, requesting the owner to take care of that. Rather than that everything is fine.

Nice hotel... Price is reasonable and location is near Kalimpong bus stand.. Staffs are also good... No chaos... Overall good..

Most disgusting hotel....only the location is good.... Firstly we faced issue regarding rooms and they charged some extra amount ... We booked 3 rooms but in one room we had no tv even the gyser was not working it was horrible to use cold water in that weather... At night there was no water in any of the rooms so I called to the management and he replied sending one guy but don't call and we got 1 bucket of water for whole night🥲 The hotel is situated at 4th floor and no one came to help us with luggage we had to hire a person to manage our luggages....
