Today i ordered pizza and some sides through zaroz ,i ordered @ 10:45 am but they call me @ 12:45pm already i am waiting for 2hrs but they said your order will take another 1 hour, it will happen 3rd time for me ,my question is if you not able to service then why should you run this restaurant ,simple way is juz close it and stay home …. Its comfortable for you and better for your customers

Pizza and cafe is a good joint for this small town of Karaikal. Not a bad place to try a pizza or other menu. Not much to mention about this place.

I ordered a Pizza 🍕 & a sandwich 🥪 , through Zaaroz delivery app, and the delivery guy reached by 12:10Pm, and its 01:30pm still dont know the status of the order. Pathetic poor and bad service from the outlet. if they had any trouble making the order they should have not taken the order or atleast informed the customer about the delay nothing was done. i was like calling the zaaroz people for status....they are also wondering about the delay.. 💔 .for all am also attaching the order pictures cause you people should not think am telling bad about the outlet. This shop wasted Zaaroz Delivery person 🚴‍♀️ Time for more than an hour keeping him waited and my time also. And when the order was delivered, as expected the pizza 🍕 delivered was different from what i ordered but wat to do, me and my daughter were really hungry after a long wait and had to eat what they delivered...😁 😂 ...Thank you 🤝 for reading such a long review. 🙏🏼
