If you want kfc, I would prefer the McDonald's near. When I was ordering big box and other stuff thru the kfc app. And when I got to the take out they add the chicken wings to b smart and gummy fries. And the burger out of it. The chicken wings tasted horrible its like they never added the 11 herbs and spices. The twister was almost like a size of a pen. Thin and small even tho I am pretty sure we ordered XXL. The service was kinda meh.

Absolutely love the place , must be one of the best KFC we have been to , with the greatest service, seriously all staff is so friendly , even the cleaning lady . Girls on the till working so hard and still smiling and always happy to help and advise , would like to Thank especially to Natalia and Gabrielle such a diamond ladies !!!! Working under loads of pressure in very busy environment still got time to make everyone feel special and happy . Food is always piping hot and freshly cooked 100% recommended! See you soon again on our visit to Poland.

Tragedy...more than an hour of waiting for 2 twisters and 2 zingers with 2 fries...nothing else...moreover the food was not tasty, not salted, so little mayo in zinger, it was just a dry chicken in a burger...I know KFC is not as good as McD, but honestly this was such a big disappointment that I am sure I will stay off this KFC.

Today we ordered a family bucket to go. The food was disgusting and unfinished, just raw meat... You really treat customers like that...

This is the most visited KFC place in this city Its to many people customers buying, probably its the only KFC of all the city Kłodzko... even its to many people.. order got serve after couple of minutes. Not so long waiting...literally KFC fast food

The food was awesome but the tables were kinda messy. The floor wasn't that clean too. The service was good. Nothing to complain about.

Actually surprised how good the quality of the food being served here. It was quick, freshly cooked and better than most other KFCs i have visited.

Nice place, closed to shopping center. Food is fresh and testy. Toailed is available. Plenty of parking spaces closed bay. All the best.

I’m from New York and I came to visit Poland and the kfc was great. The food was delicious. The person that took my order was very nice she even spoke English. From the beginning until the end the service was excellent. I don’t know why the people of Poland leave bad reviews. I don’t think they know what bad food is or bad service.

Absolutely the worst.. haven’t seen anything like that before.. we ordered a box and fries, it’s been 40+ minutes and we are still waiting. All the people ordered after us got their orders but we’re still waiting.. there’s no long queue.. we’re just waiting

The food is not as good as in KFC or McDonald's

Staffs must improve their professionalism. None is going their for free. Customers can expect a good behaviour from them. Never expected this from KFC

Today the service was excellent and the taste of all the different types of chicken were perfect. The french fries also perfect.

Kiosk in multiple languages including English, Polish and Ukrainian. Note that American credit cards do not work at the kiosks since a signature is necessary (sigh... American card companies, please catch up to the rest of the world), but my debit card was recognized as a debit card and I could pay with card + PIN
