It’s an outstanding place where people are straight forward, transparent and understands what a customer is actually looking for, be it a very small item with less worth or a very high value item they treat you as a King/ Queen. Amazing staff very well behaved and friendly and walk you through all steps to make your purchase an amazing one. Staffs like Prem and Subendhu these guys make you feel at home. Other staffs are also very generous and courteous. They have proper sanitation and also strictly follow Covid norms. The lady greets you with Namaste. Like our Indian Tradition. They also serve you tea/coffee and package drinking water, nice washroom and sitting arrangements. It’s based on Nallagandla and seems to be new. The collection they have are superb you see it and you’ll start loving them. The best thing I liked is the way they treat you and also they have very advanced machinery to measure gold purity in 30 seconds I exchanged gold and the price was reduced for my purchase twice. The steps they follow is to measure your golds purity and weight in front of you and then if you agree they would melt it and repeat the process and reduce the amount from the new purchase that was amazing. I give a 5 star ⭐️ for the amazing culture they follow. Keep up the great work.

This is a spanking new outlet that has come up in Nallagandla @ GNT Circle. The shop is spread over multiple floors, each floor having dedicated sections for different types of jewellery. The staff is very courteous and tries their best to meet your requirements. If something is not available, they will look for it in other stores and get if for you (there is a waiting period though) or take an order to create one for you. They have good collection and quality is top notch (considering it is a TATA brand). Very satisfied with their service and hospitality.

Hi. Yesterday I visited the store to purchase an item. The staff was very much polite and provided the right assistance. They have 2 printers/photo copy machines and both of them are not in working condition. Hence, the warranty card and photo ID's are not printed rightly. Not sure, how they are managing. Took longer time than expected.
