Kfc is loosing its standards, quality and taste everytime I visit.. chicken longer has very less chicken and I never had it hot.. i requested for extra mayo which they ignored.. do not waste so much money for no taste and hygiene.. and the staff should also be quick like they were earlier.. its completely down now.. hope to have changes soon..

Its in the 1st floor of the mall.Its been very wonderful experience at KFC, nexus Mall Hyderabad. I have taken bucket. I refer mostly KFC for its taste and tender. It was definitely a new experience every time I visit a KFC. Its always mouth watering.

Food is good. But chicken quality not so good. Chicken bones were black. Quantity and quantity doesn't match with the price. Price is too much. Biryani quality was good but quantity just 5 tea spoons for rupees : 199 +tax. 😐🤔 Service is very poor. System were not working and then cards not acceptable. Lots and lots of people waiting in queue. It took more than 25 minutes just to wait for their system to get loaded properly. Atmosphere is good and clean.

Good taste and served hot but have to wait for placing the order as it is always busy…Best outlet in this area..My personal favourites are zinger burger,leg piece bucket and hot wings.

Burger just half filled. Quality is so much reduced. When questioned, they say that is what you get for a low cost burger which was chicken krisper.

The taste is good and well maintained. You will see less crowds on weekday afternoons and busy over weekends. You need to spend 300 to 400 per person if you want to eat moderate and 600 minimum if you are in hungry. With family if you are visiting, bill will be 1500 to 2000 inbetween. Other than KFC, you won't get this rich task in non veg.

We ordered Zinger tandoori burger and peri peri chicken legs bucket for 4 persons. Tastes are very simple, no tandoori flavour in burger, even it tastes sweeter, could not find any spice in it. There is no peri peri flavour in chicken legs. Kids were highly disappointed. KFC need to maintain your standard. Not going to the forum Mall Hyderabad outlet again.

Very worst quality of KFC's popcorn chicken(Biryani Bucket)...They gave veg fried rice and cold chicken with it which was not at all a Biryani.. Gravy was having only oil you can see in the image, literally you can't eat the gravy. Service staff unsupportive. Don't have food here.

Only One Word ..... Finger Lickin Good ..... The Same Kfc Experience that you can get at any kfc ...... so the same complaints do exist ..... the menu is so clumsy ..... and a'la carte prices are through the roof ..... but idk i feel that the taste is deteriorating day after day ...... but never the less .... yu cant go wrong with it

KFC is always amazing and specifically the branch in forum mall has one of the most courteous staff, we were offered a complimentary drink by the staff. Mr. Manohar has been super friendly in catering the service. Will definitely recommend the branch over others in vicinity.

First time I thought it was a waste of money towards KFC. There was oil within the pieces. When I inquired, they replaced the order, yet there was still oil present in those pieces too resulting in a disappointing experience. Total money waste and worst experience

Quality at kfc went for a toss, gone are those days when KFC was actually tasty and good! Waste of money and the cheap oils and meat they use have a big impact on your health. Avoid eating here as they only care about making money

Very bad service. They said they don't have spoons but they gave to customer who came after me taste is also not very good. Pls don't prefer this outlet. Time taken for giving order is also very very high very bad experience

The person who is taking order having deaf, we have ordered for large popcorn and 8Pc boneless bucket, First listen to customer what they are asking, worst fellows.. better don't go to kfc which are located in malls...

Its been very wonderful experience at KFC, nexus Mall Hyderabad. We had chicken bucket with 12 pcs at an offer price of 485. Staff is so helpfull in assisting current offers and I went to buy meal box but as adviced by the discount offer, I have taken bucket. I refer mostly KFC for its taste and tender

Was a big fan of kfc but recently visited kfc forum two times, both the outlet’s in the same mall. Neither the 1st floor or the food court one is maintaining any quality of food. Worst cx service. Why being so rude to your cx when they are here to pay?? Never going back there again. Same goes for the Pragathinagar’s one too in terms of food quality. Albaik or chickings are far better in terms of quality food, quantity, taste, cx service and most important how they dress up the food for serving. Kfc of Agartala, Guwahti and Mizoram are way way better in terms of everything there. I’m just sharing my honest review as kfc was always my first choice but now onwards I have to think twice before going there.
