Great food and friendly staff. Went there for a spend-the-day with about 20 people. Beach is very clean but the stretch right by this place is too dangerous to swim in (if you are not an expert). Relaxing environment. There is room for improvement in cleanliness.

nice stay in the old building, feels like back to 80's ( old design carving handrail wood stair handrail and the wall painting also old) with the waves sound, ocean view, second floor is my favorite and room rates is just enough. i compare with other hotel, one each other try make new building to competition be the best and newest model, this hotel maybe already 20 years old, how they just keep old painting and model is so classy for me, make me focus meditate and peaceful feeling,.

I went on a family business trip and stayed here for 12 days. A unique location with views of the ocean and the lagoon!!! Practically my room was directly facing the ocean and I slept like a baby listening to the sounds of the waves!!! After long flights from the USA this was a retreat. The hotel is a small family run business with a friendly staff. The room was clean and the King Size bed was very comfortable. I cannot say enough good things about the breakfast with fresh fruits and fresh juice and the portions are very large. Right in front of the hotel the beach has good surf and you will see lots of surfers surfing from your room. I am s a swimmer so I walked a few yards south walking along the beach and found a very nice secluded beach where I swam instead of using the hotel pool. Sunset and sunrise both from the hotel grounds are gorgeous. The seafood dishes at the restaurant are fresh and delicious and again big portions!! The manager Chandana and the staff was very helpful and attended to all my needs. I was able to get a Balinese full body massage from Spa Oya at a discount since the owner has something to do with that business as well. More than anything else I will never forget the kindness and the hospitality of the staff. I will definitely come back here again next time I come to visit Sri Lanka. Perfect ocean view one of the best ocean view hotel in the area. Host and the staff are very friendly. Rooms are very comfortable also rooms are very big. There are lot of space in the rooms. Highly recommended.

Place is really cool and staff is really helpful. One of the best place to spend time in weekend . Food is really delicious.

Unforgettable memories 💓 We had been there our family. The resort exactly at the ocean side, with pools as well. Amazing service, kind staffs and comfy room with terrace with ocean view.

Not maintained and poor house keeping. The prices quoted are not the same when payments are made. Hidden charges. Food quality and hygiene is far below the average rate.

The place is nice, but not well maintained. It gets wet in a lot of places when it rains. The food tastes not good, more flavor comes out. Unsatisfied.
