Yes perfect place to train

Gym area is pretty good and gets the job done. Sometimes it may get a Lil crowded because it's a small gym. You will get almost every gym equipments to work one with(recently added squat rack). Trainer is quite experienced and provides workouts, nutrition and diet according to your fitness level and age, which i found quite helpful! The peeps here are really friendly and helpful. Overall good and really economical.

Best place for gym enthusiasts, having enough machines for workout with nice and helpful people's around.

As the name says Be fit. Gym, karate, yoga etc options are available here.
