60 of School friends landed at Tiki Farms near Karjat Kadav on a Sunday. Lovely Breakfast Bhurjee Pav & Pohe. Then the party started. Meeting and Greeting long lost friends. TT and Cricket, Singing & Dancing in Mango Orchard. Lunch Served by Chef Shantanu was awesome. Party went on till 7.30 Perfect setting for a days Picnic near Mumbai

Visited this place with all cousins group, the good part about this place is the location and a well constructed house. The challenged part is the service of the staff and the maintenance specially the kitchen. They need better appliances in tje kitchen and the staff needs to keep it clean regularly. Overall a nice experience

The bunglow is well maintained. Cleanliness is good. Swimming pool is clean and good for having a playtime in the pool. Cycles are available, but they can be maintained better and would be good to have a couple more cycles available. Food is great. We had chicken curry, chicken biryani, mutton curry and bhindi masala. Everything was superb. Staff is also very nice. They arranged the cake on our request and made available the barbeque setup. We enjoyed the karaoke too. Wifi available. All in all a fun outing with family and large groups.

Nice place for big family/group. In-house chef was not available during my trip. We ordered from nearby hotel (Nisarg). Food was average in taste, but was very reasonable. Bullock cart ride charge is extra. Don't forget to check on activities once you checkin, caretaker will not bother to brief you on the same.

Total farm experience. Complete privacy, i had My Time. Neat and clean bunglow. Very good food. As green as it could be. Very cooperative and helpful staff. I will recommend tiki farms to all my connections

Amazing - Awesome - highly energized. My trip to the Tiki Farm felt like heaven on earth. Modern amenities along with a mix of positive vibes of nature was refreshing and truly a blessing. The entire farm is maintained well and is so clean that I choose to move around bare foot. The fresh air, greenery and warmth of all the staff and owners made my experience absolutely 💯 percent amazing. I would highly recommend this place to anyone whose looking to destress or get out of the insanity of city life. My trip to Tiki farm revitalized, refreshed and reenergized my mind, health and inner being.

Ok-ish if you are a big group of people who only want to stay indoors and booze probably... Liked It's a BIG property. Very beautiful surroundings. Usually very quiet. The property has ample rooms and good layout. Great for a big group who likes being indoors. The food was tasty. Groundskeeper and manager were non-intrusive but were easily reachable when needed. They helped us set up a BBQ grill and we had a good evening. Manager also helped to take the gang to the river. Disliked There is only ONE house. So if you are a smaller group, you wouldn't be able to book this. Though it works in your favor coz the swimming pool is TINY. Network. Property advertises a wifi, however when we reached it wasn't working. Food. Though tasty, they don't have their own restaurant, food is outsourced. Quantity can become an issue (it did for us), and there is no easy way to procure extra servings if need be. We were an office group and were two people short for lunch, yet we ran out of food. while they try to correct the mistake with dinner, we again had to face shortage for breakfast. (it seems completely bonkers to me that bread / paav were sent in limited numbers. They could have sent more, and charged us extra if we consumed.) Activities. while there is a TT table, and a pool. There's nothing else to do. We had to ask about the river and though the property manager helped us plan a quick walk to the river, it wasn't something he volunteered himself. Which I think is a silly thing, coz it seems like a missed opportunity for the farm. Same for the BBQ. We had to ask for it, the info wasn't volunteered.

Very nice place to hang out with your friends and relatives. Nice and airy rooms. Food served is hot and fresh. Lot of place for kids to play.

Very good stay for large as well as small groups. Beautiful property and peaceful surroundings. Perfect getaway from Mumbai.

It's worst place I have ever seen and thr food quality is bad and cold as well as service totally low as expected... I never give references and also appeal to all pls do not visit such unhealthy places to spoil your vacation and moods.. even they are not deserve 1 star..

I had went to this farm, it was an amazing place, the stay was exceptional, the food was good too, I had a nice stay.

Awesome place where we got full privacy to our Family with a private swimming pool. Farm house bunglow is very big and specious for big groups. I have been there with various groups and in different seasons. Now that rainy season is round the corner we will plan one more visit - its amazing and Green all over and its a beautiful site in the rain. River walk is always fun and refreshing. Morning walk between the trees with bird chirping and walk on the grass with lil bit of a dew on it is so energizing. Food is very tasty and I highly recommend on rice Bakri with Mutton is a must try dish. I love to visit here again.

Our party was organised to meet around 60 old school friends after a span of around 40 years. The time of party was 10 am to 7pm & the whole time was spent chit-chatting, singing, dancing & eating delicious food of Tiki farm. All arrangements were wonderful & hotel staff was superb. It is felt that everything was nice except swimming pool which is too small.

Amazing place - well maintained and hygienic. Staff was polite and very helpful. With a river at a walking distance, you can truly enjoy the nature with your loved ones.

An amazing place for get-to-gether with friends & family. In its present form, the property gave us an immense sense of privacy which helped us enjoy our vacation to the fullest. We loved the food and the staff's hospitality. Also, the bonfire and barbeque arrangement gave us the feel of a jungle camp. A complete value-for-money trip.
