If you want to avoid the tourist area and feel completely immerse in the backwaters ambiance, this place is for you! The diner was really good and the people very kind. I recommend!!

Great location nice rooms. I felt like its my own House... staff is very polite... Food is good too.....property is right on the lake and all facilities very near by.. The manager and the entire staff is outstanding. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay. The privacy, the ambiance was perfect for relaxing!

It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient and Highly recommendable hotel.... Extremely clean room. We loved the contemporary design.

Wonderful stay! Came here for 3 days and 2 nights with my boyfriend. Host was very helpful right from the start! The house is located in a tucked away canal so perfect if you’re looking for a place more local and quiet. The room is a basic set up with private bathroom. Very clean and AC was perfect for after our day adventures. The house is right on the canal. So peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed sunset walk along the canal to see more of the village. All the meals were homemade by the family and DELICIOUS. We enjoyed coffee and tea in the morning and at sunset as well with the family on the patio. Host helped us coordinate a backwaters tour and taking the local state ferry into town. We were very well taken care of from start to finish. I will definitely return here because of the hospitality and beautiful home

This was a true experience. We were picked up with our luggage in a boat in a small channel. The home stay is situated a couple of meters from a narrow channel. The channel is trafficated with labors, taxi boats and others. The room we had was clean and had AC and bathroom with shower. Mathew the host, is a nice guy and a good cook. We were asked a day before what we wanted for dinner. This is a place to enjoy village life, look at the village life and calm down. We saw only one tourist during our stay. This place is not recommended for people expecting a high party factor 😊

One of my friends told me about this resort, home stay or hotel, whatever you call,and I booked it online... When I reached this place is I was amazed to see a cute ancestral house, well maintained, clean rooms and the location where it is situated is also very beautiful.. At the front side you can see the beautiful lake and the other side is green paddy fields. The management and the staff are very cooperative and humble.. And the food they served is awesome... Will visit again in my next vacation..

Beautiful home stay with an amazing location, right on the river. Jovin was incredibly helpful, organising food, boat trips, kayak trips and taxis for us. Delicious home cooked food three times a day.

The best stay to have an authentic kerala experience. We had a 24*7 househelp who used to cook really nice food. Cocozone was a great choice for my vacation in Alleppey.
