They Switched off AC whenever they wish, AC remote are not provided Bed Sheet and towel are not Clean Intercom doesn't work they dont provide buckets Hot water for bath is unavailable Blankets were nor provided Lift gets breakdown whenever luggage needs to be loaded and unloaded

Rooms are not that clean, Room service average. Hoy water not available. Towels and all that dirty Very worst experience.
