We don’t leave reviews often, good or bad but this place is just absolutely useless and is not getting any better with time, actually it may be getting worse. You may want to consider actually TRAINING your staff. We’re not going back.

It's a great hungry Jack's with a nice upstairs lounge area. The staff are great because they problem solve . Is refreshing to go to a store where they're focused on just getting a job done someone has a problem, just give them a free burger. What's the big deal? I'm sure it's only a small percentage of the client base. These guys didn't waste time arguing with customers which I think goes down like a lead balloon. If Someone's not completely happy with their coffee. Just give them one If the chips are cold, give me some more. If the burgers not right, give them another one. Keeping the customer happy will bring back a constant stream of revenue. When my $1 hash brown special didn't process Angus just put it through under a different order. The shop didn't lose any money and I didn't get jigged around. Thanks Angus . I travel Australia constantly therefore visit Hungry jacks all over the country. This is the 34th so I have visited and reviewed.

Pretty standard HJs, drive thru only available for pick-up to those whom ordered using the app, otherwise you need to order inside.

Waited to be served,10mins no one else waiting just us. Toilet downstairs needed cleaning ,but toilets upstairs shocking,cleaning not up to standard at all.Tables for dining not clean either. No soap at all and toilet paper needed to be filled. Food was not hot ,so eating there was pointless.

This is the first time I've been to Hungry Jack's, and I was very pleasantly surprised by their burgers 🍔 I had a chicken burger deluxe and chips. The burger was really nice but I prefer McDonald's chips 🍟. I couldn't fault the service. The young lad who served me was extremely nice and very pleasant ☺️.

Had breakfast here today and it was disgusting. The burgers were literally thrown together, sauce missing and product missing. My daughter order a wrap and received a very small pocket. My grandson ordered pancakes with extra butter and maple syrup and received no butter or syrup. All this for a wait of over 15 minutes. Don't bother going there is my recommendation.

Arrived in store at 1207 waited at the Counter for service untill 1217. No one served me as the ONE girl serving was flat out putting together orders, the 4 other people didn't even make an attempt to assist with service. Note good enough Hungry Jacks. My meal was good and made in a reasonable amount of time no complaints there.

The service was ok, the food fell within my expectations but the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Not the fault of staff but there was rubbish on the tables near the service area which hadn't been remediated by staff. The upstairs dining area was incredibly filthy, spillage left uncleaned which could have easily resulted in a slip and fall. Tables were dirty and the toilet was an absolute mess. If I hadn't really needed to relieve myself, I would've held on and gone elsewhere to take care of my needs. There was no soap in the hand dispenser and the hand dryer non functional. I think the staff here really need to take a look at looking after the facilities with a great deal more care as it really had an impact on my dining experience and unless things change, it's unlikely I will go here again. Any place that prepares, serves and provides dining areas for the consumption of food, cleanliness is paramount as food poisoning is at best uncomfortable and potentially dangerous.

This HJs is hit and miss you could wait 10 minutes for you're order or over 35 like I did today I ordered 2 large meals. chips where half empty, drinks were flat and frozen drink was half melted after sitting on the counter for ages when I asked for the frozen coke to be refilled it seemed like it was a problem then I told them i was missing a ice cream Sundae was told the ice machine was broken i asked for a refund and had to wait another 5 minutes to get it because the person serving me didn't know how to do it , noticed that they had all the burgers and drinks ready to go but seems like the person getting them ready was confused in who's was who's, seems like the staff would rather stand around and chat then do their jobs or take their time in doing so, glass entrance door was absolutely disgusting and so were the upstairs tables when both should be on top of the cleaning list and be cleaned every few hours, Might help if the staff get the proper training

First off, the drive thru situation is a bit odd. App ordee only drive through, took me a minute to figure out. So watch out for that one.. That got me wondering if anyone had been caught out by that before, so I start checking reviews. Tbh the meal I got was made fast, fresh and hot. Zero complaints on the food from here. Have ordered twice from counter face to face and had no issue. Not sure if the place has had new management recently or not, but don't think the other reviews have done this little gem justice 🫡 also the burgers are better at hungry jacks 😄

It was ok would have been better if they had got my order right and doesn't just throw it together making it look like slosh

Love Hungry Jacks, just not this one. Drive thru is the worst you'll ever find. A door bell that may or may not get answered, expect to sit there for at least 10 minutes before being acknowledged and often over half an hour to get your meal. ALWAYS check your order, they will without fail forget something every order. By the way, apparently 1 x share fries plus 3 x medium = 3 Large Fries despite having 4 to feed. Also extremely rude, forgot half my order, proceeded to question and in the end no apology or anything. Worth going if you want to see the worst Hungry Jacks in Australia.

The chicken in my burger tasted like it was cooked in old oil, looked like it too. Service was friendly though. I used to love this HJs but since manager change, it's gone downhill

Absolutely terrible service, it would be quicker to cook it yourself. So many people walked out because it takes so long to get service and the meals

If there was an option for 0 stars I would of chosen it. Absolutely disgusting. We ordered via menu log as we needed delivery, 2hr wait & $50!!!! Drink was hot & flat, chips were cold & soggy & the burger was disgusting. Never again will I buy from this store. How hard is it honesty!

The Hungry Jack's food quality has definitely declined to be almost unpalatable. This is not a reflection on the staff here but on the chain in general. The saving grace here was definitely the young man who served us..he was lovely.

Wow I mean where do I begin, took at least 15 minutes to get served, lady ordering for her family next to me was listing off all the things wrong with her order to staff, there was like 8 burgers ready to be put into bags but no one was doing it, 2 staff members just having a good old chat out the back, poor FOH worker left to deal with an insane line of customers and also dropping like 4 ice creams right after making them and my god the manager, I swear you could fill a two litre bottle of coke with the sweat just pouring off him like a fountain. Also when he came to serve us he said absolutely nothing just stared at us, honestly didnt even know I was supposed to order when he came over... Long story short I didn't order anything and left fast.

The food was fine. The downstairs toilets were out of order please use upstairs. The upstairs men's toilet was littered the bowl stained. The hand wash area had only one soap dispenser, fastened to the wall it was empty. A plastic insides of a soap dispenser was laid on a basin surface. There was a wall fitting for a second dispenser. My wife went to use the female toilet, she didn't, she described it as disgusting. (She was unaware the downstairs toilet was out of order) the upstairs rubbish bins area was full to overflowing. We mentioned the toilets condition as we left. It wasn't particularly busy, in fact we were the only people dining in the whole time we were there. I prefer Jack's food but Maccas is much better maintained in Kadina.

Used drive through and got a family meal burgers were ok box of chips was very small considering there wete 6 burgers and 20 popcorn chicken 4 small drinks were included which could have been upgraded

I enjoy coming here. Only downside is the entire chain got rid of Aussie Burgers. Bad idea whoever made that decision. I feel bad for workers who deal with people thinking food is more important then the workers feelings. If they can't make it, they can't make it. If you still don't like it, leave. 🙃

Absolutely Disgusting!! $44.20 . Everything we ordered was wrong. Chips were dry, overcooked and cold..It all got thrown in the bin!!!!!!!! Twenty minute wait and they couldn't find the chocolate topping for the Sundaes....Never, ever will we go there again.!!!!!!!!😡

Sometimes the service is a little slow but the burgers, fries are fantastic. Coffee not so great 😞

Worst service I have received ever at Hungry Jack's and I have been many times. I tried to take back an over cooked BBQ cheese burger today, cheese melted to oblivion as burger was cooked too long and the server said no when I asked for another one and just stood there like a stunned mullet. We went to Moonta pancake and gelati cafe which was so lovely not far away and staff and food lovely!
