stayed
there
not
long
ago
for
a
few
days.
Although
the
room
was
tidy,
the
air
conditioning
didn't
work
so
I
was
perspiring
every
night,
I
was
told
that
the
room
was
overlooking
the
pool
which
is
incorrect.
The
Restaurant
on
their
website
states,
and
being
informed
by
the
staff/management
before
I
got
there,
it
was
available
7
days
for
lunch
and
dinner,
just
to
find
out
it
was
not
open
during
some
of
these
times.
Hence
having
to
find
a
way
to
get
into
the
shopping
centre
in
Kadina,
with
injuries
and
barely
being
able
to
walk.
Also,
I've
had
to
ring
up
many
times
to
get
a
reply/response,
but
was
blamed
in
the
end
for
not
reporting
the
air
conditioner
(when
it
should
have
been
working
as
per
the
advertisement),
they
said
the
restaurant
is
not
open
everyday
for
lunch
and
dinner,
whereas
their
website
and
the
flyer
states
it's
open
7
days
for
lunch
and
dinner.
Sadly,
I
was
misinformed
in
many
ways,
even
after
I
was
told
I
would
be
given
feedback
later
on
&
was
hung
up
on.
Is
this
really
how
they
treat
customers.
I
would
have
happily
booked
in
again
many
times,
if
everything
was
as
it
was
promised/advertised...
The
only
thing
good
about
it
is
that
I
got
to
go
for
a
swim.
