Friendly service, very helpful when you need something. Clean rooms, great Indian restaurant next door and fabulous pool to cool down in. Excellent AC.

The staff are friendly enough. I have stayed here through work and in one room, the blanket was presented with food stains. Clearly not washed. Knowing that one of the rooms had bed bugs, I was offered said room as there weren't any others available the following week. I asked if this room had been treated and cleaned properly. Management told me it had. Next day, yep bed bug bites all over me. After informing management about this problem, they gave me another room. I noticed that the infested room had been rented out the next night. Pure cost cutting and laziness. OH THE RESPONSE FROM THE OWNER WAS B.S. WE HAVE AN JNTERNAL EMAIL REGARDING THE BED BUG BITES TO BOTH MYSELF AND WORK MATE. IM HAPPY TO SHOW THE PHOTOS OF THE BITES. I WASN'T GOING TO MENTION WHICH ROOM, BUT ROOM 10 HAD THE BED BUGS. SO NICE TRY, BUT THERE IS DEFINITELY A PROBLEM AT YOUR ESTABLISHMENT.

Great staff, friendly people and good meals. We were able to use the facilities in the busy fully occupied campground. Clean and well maintained and full of friendly visitors enjoying their stay.

Worst hotel experience I've ever had. To start with I had to wait 20 mins for staff to come to the reception to check us in after ringing the bell and calling numerous times. Room had a VERY strong gross smell to it, people being loud at all times at night and owners didn't seem to care, beds are very uncomfortable, 'do not' signs everywhere in the room and outside which is not very welcoming at all. Staff opened the pool on a freezing rainy morning at 7am so kids could scream right outside our room. Also saw what I assume was a manager walking past rooms looking into windows at night. Stayed with my mum and was only allowed to sleep in 1 of 2 beds otherwise there was a surcharge even though we paid for an extra person. Very disappointed with our stay, will not be back or recommending this hotel to anyone

Navi was so lovely on the phone when I explained our situation and was able sort out a solution for us. Staff was really friendly. The room was very spacious and clean, but the level of hospitality and food in the kitchen was the most memorable thing about our stay. THAT WAS A NICE STAY. EVERYONE SHOULD PAY A VISIT THERE.

I stayed there not long ago for a few days. Although the room was tidy, the air conditioning didn't work so I was perspiring every night, I was told that the room was overlooking the pool which is incorrect. The Restaurant on their website states, and being informed by the staff/management before I got there, it was available 7 days for lunch and dinner, just to find out it was not open during some of these times. Hence having to find a way to get into the shopping centre in Kadina, with injuries and barely being able to walk. Also, I've had to ring up many times to get a reply/response, but was blamed in the end for not reporting the air conditioner (when it should have been working as per the advertisement), they said the restaurant is not open everyday for lunch and dinner, whereas their website and the flyer states it's open 7 days for lunch and dinner. Sadly, I was misinformed in many ways, even after I was told I would be given feedback later on & was hung up on. Is this really how they treat customers. I would have happily booked in again many times, if everything was as it was promised/advertised... The only thing good about it is that I got to go for a swim.

My car broke down in their car park and they couldn’t have been nicer about it over a public holiday weekend. They were fully booked for that night so they allowed me to push my car so it wasn’t in a guest bay and use my rooftop tent in their car park as nowhere could help me until the Tuesday. They extended high levels of hospitality for the group of three of us and arranged for a room to be available early the following day so we could use showers and the facilities before venturing out from the motel. The pool is well maintained and cleaned to a spectacular level. It’s gated so it’s safe for kids to be around and we didn’t have the opportunity to use the bbq facilities but they were readily available for use! The team that run this place went above and beyond for us to make sure we were safe and comfortable given our unfortunate circumstances and I can’t recommend them enough to anyone passing through the area! Thank you for everything 😊

Absolutely enjoyed our stay here. Had everything we needed and the room service was courteous. Our room was clean, spacious and had a very well maintained pool in the backyard. Their restaurant next door was perfectly situated for an uncomplicated dinner and exceeded our expectations, esp the Paneer was delicious!!

On entre to room there was a sign that informed clients that it is $15 extra if you sleep in the single bed . On booking the room they new there was 3 of us so unsure were they thought the 3rd person was sleeping . Also no towel , For the 3rd person lucky we had towels with us. There was no face washers or hand town to dry your hands . The room was very old the air-conditioning turned on but didn't work on leaving the room the next day we couldn't turn the air con off .I would not recommend this motel to anyone and would never stay there again blinds didn't shut properly, no milk or cold water in fridge nor was it a queen bed it was a double bed.

The lady at checkin is very nice and friendly. She even supplied us some weetbix for breakfast, and extra milks. Price reasonable. Rooms average, all we were looking for was a bed for yhe night and shower/tv, heating si it suited our needs. Would be nice to access the spa.

Beautiful Meal, we have been here a few times and the Meals were very good.

Great budget accomodation with lovely staff. Stayed in the family room, it was very spacious, clean and comfortable. There was ample parking on site which was fantastic because we had 2 vehicles. Would stay again, good value for money.

Beautiful oasis on 7acres. If you are looking for a clean room with plenty of space for the family Swimming pool, and bbq facilities, this is it. Well priced with courteous reception on arrival. We will be back.

It was beautiful the rooms were clean and the beds were made. The air-conditioning really cooled down the hot weather and so did the pool the pool was very clean. The food was very delicious I would recommend the butter chicken. I can't wait to visit again.

The bed was against the wall in our room which made it difficult for me to get up during the night, due to this I thought I would move to the single bed but when I pulled the cover back there was a sign letting me know it would cost me $15 to use the bed. There was no jug of water in the fridge The receptionist had no knowledge of meals in town ie which hotel could be recommended .... it was an okay visit 😏

Friendly and prompt check in. Value 4 money. Very reliable internet n WiFi. Liked the parking to the front door. Toaster, microwave and iron provided. Improvement would be to have a hair-dryer
