Not quite 6000 sqft as they adveriste ...I'd rather say 3500 with equipments and a 500 sqft free room(for stretching n stuff), but the best part is that they are open 24×7.. which is why I joined this gym, they also have a small gym cafeteria with healthy food. Equipmentwise I'll give them 3 stars and not having a sauna is a problem as they advertise to be the biggest gym in the city. Other then that the whole place is centrally air conditioned and hygiene is well maintained. Keep one thing in mind that you will always need to carry a set of clean shoes to enter the premises(reason why it's clean)... There are some yoga, jumba and other fitness classes that go on during the day, also you can opt for personal training(all these are chargeable) Final thoughts: Good place to workout if u live close by and also if u like exercise at night ....

I joined this gym for an year program. I have had a beautiful experience at the gym. The equipments here are state of the art and you have a good range targeting all your muscle group. I was in PT with Nityanand Sir and he has been a great support and guide for my fitness journey. You have general trainers as well who will assist you the same. It also has facilities of locker, changing room and washroom. The area is quite large with good lightings. You can also do your functional training and warms in a dedicated zone. They also have group classes of Zumba, Aerobics and Yoga. I have personally attended yoga sessions and I love it. They are quite active on social media as well. Please don’t hesitate from joining this gym as you’ll definitely gonna be in love with the environment.
