Newly opened private hospital in Galle Galagediya Area. Not very crowded, plenty of sitting areas. The place ia very clean and looks nice. The staff is friendly as well. Most of the consultant specialist are available here to channel. Plenty of parking space available. At the moment ill give 5/5 rating In case you are wondering, this hospital is owend by Sinhale Guy who is living in England

It’s Dutch styled ancestral building has been replaced with a seven storied hospital building and the rest of the land stands with a  beautifully landscaped surroundings. With QH has commenced the journey towards a world class health service.

Hospital Services are very poor. The Nurses are not trained well. Nurses knowledge is also very weak. The staff is not aware of what treatments to be given to the patients. Also cleaning services, Air Conditioning are poor. The emergency call switch at the hospital bed was not functioning properly. We have to run for the nurses office each time we have to call for assistance. Even the Ambulance service is poor. Cleaning staffs are not groomed. No uniforms. Cannot Recommend services to anyone. Doctors are Good. Doctors provided a lot and recommendable.

100% PROFESSIONALISM I was really not expected a very friendly service with high level of professionalism. I was done my Health Medical Check Up, coordinated by Ms Nadhuni who provide all the necessary information and arrangements.. My check up were coordinated promptly without wasting time, she was very punctual and knows well to handle the patients need.. The staffs that i met were very helpful and polite as well.. Highly recommended these hospital.. Many thanks for Ms Nadhuni and all the Queensbury's staffs.

If you have extra time to spend after waiting in the queues, You can come to this hospital and wait for Doctors. With the extra mony you have. Just make an appointment come to the hospital on time and wait for couple of hours until your specialist. Staff is very friendly, you can ask every 15 minutes for an update on doctors arival. AC - Non AC waiting areas. Clean sorrounding. Somewhat comfortable seats and safe parking area. Not recommend for emergency channeling. Suggestions- Please add some lounge music to waiting area to ease the time passing

A private hospital. Hospital charges are bit higher than other private hospitals in Galle. Clean place. A/C system is not enough. Its very hot inside during day time.

Queensbury Hospital is one of the best hospitals I've been to. The staff is really friendly and helpful. They consider all patients and they seriously care about all patients. I felt good about this hospital. I highly recommend. ps: we got information about this hospital from the call center.

Fake physiotherapy tratments..Physiotherapist haven't Sri lanka medical council registration .Please check slmc registraton card before your treatment.

I attended to ask them to remove a subcutaneous cyst, no big deal, I'd had several removed before at other places but I liked the hospital from previous visits. I arrived, expecting a quick local anaesthetic and removal but they inserted a canulla, thought it strange, then the surgery coordinator came to inform me they would be taking me to the theatre.....for a spot removal !!! She asked for a 50000 rupee refundable deposit and told me the cost would be 25000 rupee!!! I left, shocked at the cost. I crossed the road to a small GP surgery in Hirimbura, where the doctor removed the cyst and prescribed antibiotics, all for 5000 rupee. I've learnt my lesson, ALWAYS ask for the cost beforehand, however I'd seen the surgeon twice before and paid around 8000 fees, I assumed that was the cost for the removal, I feel ,that once again, they see white skin and decide to take advantage, despite the fact that I always tell them I'm a resident here and want the local price, I feel disappointed and let down and won't use this facility again, so by being greedy, they have lost a good customer, how many times do we suffer this outcome in Sri Lanka?

Worst service I have ever got from a private hospital. I had to wait in the queue more than 20 mins to book an appointment. While I was waiting, doctor had left. I was the first person in that queue. Once the appointment is issued only they said that the doctor had left and asked me to wait till another doctor comes. Our only option was to request a cash back. So we cancelled the appointment and got a cash refund.

Grateful for the exceptional care I received during my recent stay. The hospital staff was compassionate, efficient, and dedicated to the well-being of the patients. Thank you for the excellent service and making my recovery a positive experience

Hospital under construction.

I am from Finland and I am writing this review for the pure purpose of giving a feedback to a hospital staff and specially for personal in the staff name Amali. This feedback refers to my mother who is living in Sri Lanka at the movement and she got the information about this hospital by call centre. Once she got there, from the day one, hospital staff from top to bottom mamnegemnt have been very kind and provided excellent service to her. Since my mother and I live far from another, I felt her thoughts about the hospital. I would like to say from the heart, Thank you very much guys for your tremendous service and keep it up and wish you the very best of luck.

The Queensbury Clinic receives an "excellent" rating from me. Intensive conversation at the admission. Good care from the professional staff and the experienced doctors. The treatments are very good and super coordinated. Nice atmosphere, state-of-the-art medical equipment, adjustable hospital bed, modern and very clean premises, good and tasty food that fills you up. I will recommend the clinic and say thank you.

Do not go to their pharmacy….Takes more than 30 min to issue just few medication. Zero efficiency!!

Nice staff. But I don't like the way they are handling patients. I went to OPD. When I talking with the doctor, 5 to 6 staff members are around us. They all watching us. We don't have a privacy there.

Extremely poor communication and coordination. I have waited nearly 2 hrs for a consultation and every time I asked about the doctor the staff is continuosly saying that the doctor is on the way. But the consultant arrived after 2 hrs from the appointment time.

Good service. So far so good. Staff with thr doctors are friendly too. I wish the hospital management has the willingness to continue that. This hospital is still new and bot crowded

Very good customer care which was lacking in other private hospitals in Galle. Nice environment with a good space. Pls bring a well known VOG and a Eye surgeon to your hospital from colombo. Because there are many people channeling VOG's in Colombo due to several reasons.

Doctors come too late. Time is valuable for everyone. Its very sad to wait hours for a doctor. We are coming here by paying money to take your service by saving time rather than going to government hospital . So you should give that service in a better way... Disgusting that you cannot manage doctors at least after one hour of channeling time. 😑😑

Worst hospital ever visited. From staff to the doctor everyone was rude. I had the appointment with eye surgeon Dr. Lalitha and she came 1.5hrs late as well. They don't care about the valuable time of people and the customer service is 0. Don't vists this place.

1. It's all about money. (Foreigners have to pay around 6,000 Rs) it was a rip-off attempt at the reception. The women then apologized. 2. Receptionists at the computer have some problem with writing or reading. The money is counted very precisely 3rd doctor opened his room after 1.5 hours of waiting and patients were only allowed in for 2 minutes. We've been there twice and we're definitely not coming back.

Ruhunu hospital is only 1km away. go their. this place is terrible. all the good reviews are from their own employees.

My first impression so many staff this will cost . Opd 1500/- but worth every rupee Doctor was so helpfull .even called in a specialist for consultation and arranged for Xray after 3 months wasteing thousands with Govenment and other Private hospitals and medecation that did not help. finaly l got the right treatment. Waiting time is the same with most Hospitals unless they have residents. Nersing staff helpfull and frendly. Overall 100% recomended.
