The food is pretty good for fast food, it's Jack-in-the-box after all. The service is pretty bad. The cashier who took our order was sarcastic, impatient, and overall quite rude. Consequently, this restaurant, even though it's fast food, can improve on its customer service. The place is only open for take-out (dine-in not available) which would have been great to know beforehand. The place took awhile to get our food and had several items such as Tiny Tacos and Sweet Tea unavailable. Overall, it's nothing special, move along. If you choose to get take-out just know it's nothing bad or good, just okay.

It was late and we decided to go through drive thru. The line was not to long. But it took us 45 min. To get our dinner. This is the second time this had happened to us.what was even worse was when we finally reached the window our food was not even ready. You would think it would be ready with all that waiting. Also hearing one of the workers say " it's 11:00 already and we not yet done" makes me think they were more looking about when they are done instead of making my food. Also our food was ice cold and fries soggy. Was more important to them. Don't think I'm going to come here for late meals for awhile

Service at this Jack in the Box is typically fast and the restaurant itself is kept relatively well. I order the chicken strips when I come but will occasionally get one of their munchie meals if I am feeling hungrier than normal. The quality of the food is somewhat inconsistent, but is still better than many of their competitors when not made perfectly. The munchie meals give you such a good value as long as you can eat the whole box, though the sauce on their tacos is pretty terrible in my opinion. Definitely get the tacos with no sauce or at least the sauce on the side. All in all, this Jack in the Box is a good place to grab some food, but the inconsistency of the food quality bumps it down to a 4 star for me. Now if they brought back their mozzarella cheese sticks and marinara sauce, we'd be singing a different tune. Those were the absolute most delicious things Jack in the Box ever had on their menu.

The only item we eat are the Tacos 2 for $1.29! They are addictive especially with the hot taco sauce, ketchup and perhaps a bit of Tabasco! Otherwise, this location attracts some interesting folk, so it turns into an inexpensive meal with entertainment!

Pretty good service from the drive thru window. They forgot my drink so I had to go inside. Otherwise, this location was clean inside and food tasted good.

The most unfriendly fast food place I've ever experienced! Not one smile. I was a thorn in their side! Never again. No wonder across from them, Taco Bell is is so busy!!!

THE worst boba drink I've ever had. It was.like sucking pellets of dried raisins down with some disgustingly weird sweet liquid. Yuck.

My friend went through the drive through she was paying with my card when she asked for my card the girl proceeded to cuss her out saying she gave it back. She asked for a manager who would not listen to her she listened to her foul employee. She said she gave it back well we say she did not. I am here working and I can't get a replacement card I am 5k miles away from home thanks jack in the box i will never come back to this location. The manager and employee were horrible. I have a police report too and how convenient the camera is not working when the cop wanted to see it.

Visited 2 days in a row through the drive thru window. The employees were friendly but both days we had to repeat our order as it seems like they couldn't hear us. Forgot to give us our drink as well.

Ordered online front door is broken or locked ? Went through drive-thru to pick up order sat in drive-thru for 30-40 min. got to window they don't have the product to make your order so have to substitute items leading to you waiting even longer. Yay! 😑 Also once you get in the drive-thru you are stuck lol so bring a pillow 🤣 might fall asleep just waiting for the food. 🥥☎️I'm telling all my family, friends & coworkers..DO NOT GO TO JACK IN THE BOX!

It was good. I got a lot more in my order than I expected, which was great. For a first-time customer, I'd say the food was delicious!

I didn't know it was possible to make a burger so gross, I stand corrected. Sorry but this is way too below my standards to ever consider it again. Food was gross, took 1 bite of the 2 burgers I ordered and threw it out.

The restaurant is only has the drive thru open. So you can't dine in or carry out food. You have to have a vehicle to get your food. I'm so disappointed about this. Why upgrade your restaurant & not have the dining room open. I don't like going there as much as before. I rather go to Wendy's or Teddy's. Their dining rooms are open & have better burgers.

Staff ignoring walk-in customers. Not even making eye contact. Terrible customer service, will never visit this restaurant again. Since Jack replied, I will add that in the nearly 20 minutes I waited to pick up my food ordered on the Jack app and never received, several parties of walk-in customers left, unacknowledged by staff. Lots of places are understaffed but there's no reason for this awful service. I posted a trouble report on the Jack app because I didn't get the food I paid for, and received a note that someone would contact me, but haven't heard back. If you want JIB, go to Kihei. Never had an issue at that store and the staff are usually friendly.

I was in drive thru for 20 minutes waiting for my order I'm not coming here again this is ridiculous they didn't say sorry about the wait.

Smells like someone or something urinated just inside the front door.👃🤮 UPDATE: Since the location has been renovated there is no longer a smell of urine at the front door I am happy to report. I ordered my food today on the app to pick up at the counter and was unable to as the doors were locked. But as you will see from my first picture below of a sign on the front door that says that they are open for takeout only, is false. They are open for DRIVE THROUGH ONLY. So I drove around to the drive through and told the lady at the speaker that there is no sign that says the drive dining room is closed and it says that you are open for takeout which is false, she basically told me I was lying. There is also a sign at the drive-thru window where you pick up your food that still has dining room hours posted when the dining room is closed. I called the number that Google provides here on their maps page, it rang for 2 minutes straight, no voicemail machine. I called the district manager's phone number from another sign at the drive-thru window, also pictured below, and left a voicemail message. I hope they can fix these problems, they have 3 signs up for hiring so maybe that will help.

Each time I have tried to walk in to buy food in the last year this JackInTheBox in Kahului refuses to serve walk in customers. They only serve car based drive through customers! So each time we took our money and attention elsewhere. Jack In The Matchbox Car is more like it. No Aloha mean No Stay brah!

I feel like this place gets my order wrong frequently. Or theyre out of what I want to eat, or there's no dine-in. There's always some issue here. Whoever owns this restaurant needs to sell it so competent people can take control. I don't blame the staff though. They obviously are overworked and under appreciated.

Jul 7, 2022 at 1:34 AM On the window it's says that you're "open 24 hrs for drive tru" We were there and wait there for awhile but nobody come out to take the order. We thought that there might be a problem or something so we decide to drive straight to the window. We look through the window and nobody was there. There was no sign saying that you're close. Nothing at all, only the light were on. I felt bad for those people who wait there for 10 minutes. If you're gonna close at least put on the sign or something.

Tried to go to jack in the box to eat dinner. Sign on the door said open for take out only. Walked inside and was told to leave as the two restaurant staff said they were only doing drive thru, and only basic burgers and soda. That sign needs to come down if they are refusing to do take out in the store. The staff was exceptionally rude. I will not be going there or to any more stores in the future. I'll take my business elsewhere.

I don't care for the meats so much but the jalapeno poppers are pretty good and the shakes especially the Oreo are some of the best and so thick you'll have a hard time sucking it through the thick straw they give you and who doesn't like that when they get a shake! The only way they can make it better is if they offer malt powder. :)

I went here as there are none where I live and I have to have their tacos every once in a while. English was not the order-taker’s first language and this created some ordering problems. My order turned out okay. Note that the dining room is not open. The tacos are as I remember and j did enjoy them.

Since recently being "remodeled" which from what I gather is putting up a wall and closing the dining area off with a door. The dining area is closed at this time as well. The bathroom is closed to the public. The wait time for ordering out is a solid 15 min. before getting to the counter. Add a solid 10 more min. wait time to receive your order. I must say they've an impressive breakfast menu I recommend a croissant sandwich. I'm giving a 3 because of the wait time, and the no access bathrooms and dining area.
