The only thing which was good about the experience was the room. Everything else was such a dissapointment. Be it the sub-par customer service with no resolutions, the lights not working in the room, over expensive menus including charging for water (water was not available until paid), and each and every one of the service was pathetic to average at best.

Firstly, this hotel is situated in the heart of the town kalpetta and it is good. The room was an average one. (Comparing to a 4 star hotel) 2 or 3 bulbs were not working. There were no water bottles provided in the rooms which is generally a basic need. And we bought a bottle from another shop for taking medicine. And then the service towards clients was very disappointed. When we enquired about the extra amount that they were given to the water bottles in one of the rooms. One of the receptionist acted very aggressively towards us and the negotiation should've gone to a fight. Very disappointed ☹️

Went to the executive bar here. We were given 3 side dishes and I liked that. Ordered Beef Dry Fry, Dragon Chicken and Fruit Platter. Don't know which food caused it, but I had severe stomachache and flatulence. Could not sleep well. Thankfully, my husband was not affected much. This situation reminded of my past food-poisoning. Even though the waiter had polite attitude, it does not change the fact that bad food was provided from the kitchen.

Rooms are very neat and hygienic.. I love the stay there and food really awesome with affordable price and stay too. All amenities also very good. Best staffs and their service is really good. Sivan assisted us for everything, thanks. Overall very good

Waste of Money. Dont go here The front office man is very rude. I have booked a suite room which was comparatively normal not so spacious, there was another room which was said to be waiting for guests ( not sure)and was spacious. When asked about this situation the man in reception is rude and replies as if he gave the room for free and says for this price which i took the room costs is actually 13k per dayal and we paid 6.5k. Which I can only laugh off. Coz for 13 k you can book a good resort. And also he have such a bad attitude saying its not their problem we booked their. Mainly because of his attitude we were highly dissatisfied. Suite rooms not as per description or photo ( beware) Can find a better resort for this price.

This is more like a 2/2.5-star hotel. The rooms were small and smelly. The service and amenities were also not good, we were given dirty glasses, half of the things we asked for were unavailable, and cushions and bedding were smelly. The room walls were dirty. There is no scenic view from the windows, only a underconstruction view. Lastly, the swimming pool is now covered and is different than the photos shared by hotel. The location is in middle of the market. The food/buffet is okay.

No bell boy. Restaurant captain behaviour is very rude. He looks like a macho or bouncer and not even good at talking to guests. He attempted to argue with my colleague who is also a room guest. Upon asking for room freshener, receptionist told my colleague to leave the hotel if he is not interested in staying at the hotel. Mini conference room is having a small AC vent and it is not providing sufficient AC in the mini conference room. We ordered 6 coffee but they gave only 2 cups and billed us for 6 cups. Not a good place to stay if we want to have good hospitality all around.

Don’t go as per the pictures as it’s not the same place. Hotel is under construction which reception dint informed us. Rooms are not specious and very poor customer service. As per their SPA booklet special offers were for in room guest it’s a lie. This was not provided to us. Pool was closed completely. My suggestion never book this hotel waste of time, money and stay.

I would leave a zero rating if i could.Went with my family for lunch, worst experience from the restaurant. Really frustrated to see more than 4 or 5 staffs in the restaurant who bothered to deliver absolutely no service other than their attitude; even though the restaurant was only occupied for 3 tables. Even had to walk up to them while having food to oder some extras. Food not up to the price.

I went with my family last night for dinner, it was absolutely good food. I refer this hotel as they have very polite and hospitable staff including their fnb manager. Was really a good experience

Also they have nice traditional spa, gym and pool. Pool is very quit and clean you will definitely enjoy the pool time. Areas to improve: Wifi was very slow not suited for work from home but you will get full network on your phone.

Hotel is Good and clean, food taste is good but customer service is very poor, I am really unhappy to see this service. I have visited 1st time in Kerala and I have stay for two days, but for next time I will not suggest anyone to come in this hotel. when I go for dinner we have wait till 45mint then we got our food. Also they have limited staff to give service. Also I called to reception but there Is also no help. I will not recommend anyone to come here. 👎

Had a horrible experience, the swimming pool wasn’t clean and on informing the hotel staff also no action was taken. The worst part was that even the hotel manager was present at the time I reported the issue but he was busy playing on his mobile. At the breakfast they had served fresh watermelon juice and when I tasted it it had turned sour. In raising the concern they replaced that jar and when the hotel staff asked the lady supervisor standing there if he needs to replace the other jugs as well she asked him to ignore it. It’s not worth at all the money you spend, thinking you are going on holidays.

Hello I just want to share a wired experience with this hotel. Reception gave us room on checking by 7.30 I morning date.... Everything was good but suddenly he asked when u will checkout we told him tomorrow... Suddendly he asked to checkout by 10...pm saying it's 22hours of check in we were shock... .... Demanded to pay ₹800 extra... I asked him to contact me with ur manager but he didn't.. He argued.... I m totally unhappy...

Spoiled our new year plans. Don't go with the pool pics. Pool is very small with max depth of 4ft without any temperature control. Food was also bad. Very lees options in breakfast. Don't book this hotel.

Hotel is centrally located in Kalpetta and gives you easy access to all the tourist spots. Rooms are spacious, neat and clean with easy check in and out facility. Also offers complimentary breakfast. Resturant has wide spreads to chose from and taste good.

In middle of town, really good location for travelling Rooms were clean and luxurious. Hotel and Restaurant interior is classy and the best Breakfast was really good but there slight improvement can be done. Overall would highly recommend.

The vegetarian meals at ‘The Bungalow Restaurant’ is really good. The service by the staff was also commendable. Helped us with the food even though we were beyond lunch time.

Pros 1) Centrally Located 2) Spacious and clean rooms. 3) Efficient Service Cons 1) Breakfast spread is very poor. Despite being a 4 star hotel, it gives only 2 items for breakfast. 2) Car parking is inadequate. The hotel has banquet halls where functions are held and guests coming for those events park their cars in the basement. Hotel should give priority to those staying with them and assign them specific car parking slots. If you don't have a car and don't mind having breakfast outside then this is a good place to stay.

Waste Servers not a hotel for family and Bad Mean totally bad service. Don't have any food from the hotel they may serve you waste and you have to take food as it is given to you as a waste dubbing. The food is serving by The bungalow catering services and they are really a idiots and they don't know how to cook and serve food. Misbehavior to family members and ladies. False languages is used by The bungalow caterings to ladies and family members. Security staffs are totally waste and never use wallet parking because damage to vehicles happened.

It was not even good as a oridinary hotels or stays...unfit for 4star hotel..mr.sukumaran behaviour at executive lounge was pathetic and seriously we want this place to remove their four star rating and it is below par hotel....the maintenance was too worst and we are not coming here agin we aslo dont want to recommend this to any one.

The stay was amazing for the price we are paying for. We stayed for one night with our family. The room service , Cleanliness, and facilities were too good. The only place were you have to improve is for the parking facilities. Dedicated parking facility to be given for those who have booked the room. Now we have to encounter some drunks from bar during parking the vehicles.

The breakfast was a so poor that a customer would not book this hotel for a second time . Supposed to be buffet breakfast of a 4 star hotel. When we saw the items we we were shocked. Only poori and uppuma. When contacted the staff, may be the assistant manager at the desk, he replied so rudely and tried to justify. Ridiculously substandard breakfast. Finally we went out and had a good breakfast The slimming pool is only to show in the hotel's website to attract the customers.Its is not big enough to have a swim, and not maintained. This is our first and last stay in this hotel.

Great hotel and located in kalpetta main town itself. So many shops near by to walk and shop. Service also good. But swimming pool can be more long and lights are dim after 6 .

Great Hotel in a beautiful location. The service is excellent and all the staff is very helpful and friendly. The room was very spacious, very clean and nice views. The location of the hotel is great with easy access to most places of interests.

We went for a Lunch. The food is really tasty and the ambience is also nice to have a meal. But VERY POOR customer service. We asked for hot water and the guy gave water to me but not to my wife and the most pathetic thing is that, I already took some sips of the water which he had given me, he took it and poured it back into the Jug.

Booked for a couple of days stay at this hotel after a lot of sold out places at wayanad. Rooms: rooms were clean and good and spacious with a very bad view Washroom lights were not lit. Jet spray was defective Room prices are a bit on the higher side during peak season. Breakfast was complimentory. Location is lucrative. Near to bus terminus. Lots of food joints and supermarkets nearby. Food is good at the inhouse restaurant but is very overpriced. We were locked out of rooms thrice due to defective card key. Hotel has pool which is not worth of visit. Food quality is good at the restaurant

This hotel obtained four star rating only to Run the Bar. Guests are not treated well. Very poor room service. Waste bins are kept in the corridor with stinky smell. Complementary breakfast starts at 8.30 am with very ordinary menu. The paid food is very costly. Better to be called a Bar not a 4 star hotel

We visited the restaurant in this hotel. Food was amazing and so was the manager and staff. A MUST GO place for foodies.

The room we stayed in was Well decorated and spacious. We had a very relaxed stay. The staffs were very accommodating and friendly. All our request was dealt promptly and professionally..

Spacious and luxurious rooms. Food has decent quality, but it was very bland(even after asking again and again). Parking is very congested, ingress and egress is very hard for SUVs. Security personnel was rude and was yelling in local language when asked for parking help. There is also bar besides parking which makes it more uncomfortable for families to access their parked cars. If someone was only looking for stay without food and parking, it would be an excellent choice.

Good Location (City Centre), ample parking space, Neat & clean room! Only drawback is their main receptionist who doesn’t know how to greet a guest. Everything else was good including decent breakfast spread.
