One of the best and budget stay. Located near to bus stand. The view from the room is just awesome. Great hospitality and enough parking space. Rooms are neat and clean, restroom had hot water service, The manager provided great service. Small sitout area with the view of mountains is breathtaking. We enjoyed the stay and very well satisfied. Most tourist places are 20-30kms from this place which makes it a worth stay. We stayed for 2nights.

Very beautiful place and very good hosts! They recommended us good places to visit also arranged the local cabs n autos. Were always present for room service . Very humble and good folks.

It's a one star hotel, so don't expect so much. Rooms are spacious enough and for the price it is worth. If you take 1 floor room with balcony view, the view is really nice. Bathroom wasn't cleaned properly.

One of the best holiday home in Wayanad. Kalpetta is in centre to access many tourist spots and this holiday home offers good stay, especially room with balcony in first floor. Magnificent view. Moreover, the caretaker is very much approachable and always extends a helping hand for our needs. Very much reasonable rates for stay and i would suggest people visiting in groups to never miss this hotel. The area has many restaurants and one need not worry about availability of food/beverage, etc. Even this place is serviced by swiggy and zomato.

Rooms were clean and tidy with great view. But WiFi was not working, so I made a complaint, but there wasn't any proper response to fix it. Also, when asked about fixing the broken towel hanger in the bathroom,

Firstly well maintained rooms, location and view from balcony was awesome, peacefull environment owner and staff are very friendly, the king size bed room totally loved it and thank you for our luggage shifting from one room to another sir ❤️

Definitely recommended staying here if you're coming to Wayanad! The rooms are clean and spacious, and the view from the room was next level! The host was kind and courteous and catered to all our needs. Overall we had a very comfortable stay!

Value for money. Stayed for 2 days. Rooms are spacious enough. View from balcony is very good. Need to improve on maintenance. In room#1, Health faucet was leaking, In room (#2), the TV adapter was broken and the electric pins were dangerously exposed. Mr. Jaleel was very kind and courteous and ensured our stay was comfortable. Room service was very good. Restaurant service also was excellent.

Overall service is okay for 1500 price. View from balcony is amazing, I don't think many hotels have this at this price. Gracious host Jameel, provided drop to bus stop at 11 PM. Thank you. Manager Ayub is also very helpful with providing details and map of Wayanad places.

The location was good nd view was very attractive,stayed for 2days with family members .Room was very clean nd service was good. Enjoyed the bonfire with music system.

We stayed there for two days . Good service. Lot of parking area. It is in the center of WAYANAD.. Kalpetta. So you can visit all the tourist attractions from here.. Easy to reach..

The very first time we reached the hotel in night time, we are terrified with the location and darkness. Hotel staff helped us to get rid of the fear at that moment. We stayed there for 5 days. The beauty of the hotel was seen in early hours of next day. From the next day onwards we love to enjoy the climate and scenaries from our hotel room balcony. Mr.Shabu at the hotel always used to help us in every situation. Hotel staff treats every one as their family member. So we feel very comfortable and secure. Love the stay at the hotel. Every site seeing place in Wayanad is easily accessible from the hotel as it is situated at the centre of the city. Thank you for making our stay most memorable.

Good staff and big rooms with great view of the hills, but room was a bit dusty when we first entered. The staff swiftly cleaned that though.

It’s a wonderful place to stay in kalpetta. The view from the balcony is serene. You can see the sun rising behind the mountains. The manager and the caretaker provided great service. The hospitality is wonderful and stay is very comfortable . Have got ample of car parking space.

We booked a room with balcony and the view from the balcony was 🔥🔥🔥🔥. The room was clean and restroom had 24hrs hot water service. We stayed for 3 nights. They have a dining area and if we order food they'll get it. Our trip to wayanad started with this view of Chembra peak and we enjoyed it alot.The rooms are affordable here compared to many other resorts there.Its a perfect place to stay in the centre of wayanad and it's closer to town, petrol bunks and shops. Most of tourist attraction spots are 20-40kms away and you can get rental bikes too in kalpetta. We got from Royal brothers which is again closer to green peace holiday home.

The rooms are airy and spacious. The view is the best part about this place. The location is just 7-8 mins of walk from kalpetta bus station. The staff is helpful and courteous. Had a great time staying here.

We had a very good stay here, very nice hospitality and service. All the rooms will have a very good view of the valley especially the first floors. The rooms are spacious and bathrooms are also neat and clean. Decent price. Has a good amount of parking space. Better to book in advance.
