The food is so so good and their coffee is great. Price are fair There is a nice play area for toddlers where parents can keep an eye on them. The staff are the best coffee shop staff in Aucklad, very kind and very active and they are always around

Sunday mornings 2pm Busy atmosphere, $$, not very suitable for vegans, limited vegetarian options. Good selection of sweet treats for take away. We were seated by staff waiting a few minutes, did not make a booking however if you were in a large group I think call ahead would be best. Staff were very attentive, we were asked how the food was on multiple occasions. Food was very good, would come here again.

Great Cafe. It’s fully packed most of the time. They are very friendly and attentive. The service is surprisingly fast and effective considering how busy the place is. They have a very good mix of large and mall tables available. Also both indoor and outdoor tables are there to choose. A good parking lot behind the store and there’s a good chance you can find a free spot.

Terrific. In every way, delightfully wonderful. We could phone ahead and reserve a spot for our group of 8-10; the staff was perfectly attentive (and extremely helpful) even on a rainy & busy Sunday afternoon; the food was superbly prepared, presented, and fairly priced. If I could afford to eat at Patch thrice weekly, I would, and if I did, there’s enough on the menu to sample through for a month and not have the same thing twice.

Love the food and atmosphere here. Such good vibes. They always change around the sweets having new and exciting things to try all the time. And nowhere else can beat the coffee here. Always go for the bacon, spinach scone and never gets old hits every time. Definitely recommend to my friends and fam.

Bought 3 takeaway brisket sandwiches. One was fine. The other two were so soggy you couldn’t pick them up, were full of slimy, wilted lettuce and had next to no other filling. Couldn’t eat them. Disappointing.

Coffee was not bad but not pleasant either. Not sure how they got it to taste like caramel? I don't like caramel coffee. The sausage roll recipient said it was delishes, and he enjoyed it. A bit pricey at $23 for flatwhite, almond latte and a sausage roll.

Went here because I was looking for was toddler friendly cafe. Patch did not disappoint. Nice enclosed play area with lots of toys and a little play kitchen. Food was amazing too. Perfect family brunch spot. Will definitely be back again soon.

Extraordinary customer service! Ordered one smoothie for two kids to share, they served in two small bottles, one for each kid, which made kids very happy. I don’t know if it’s common in other places, but this is the first time for me. Definitely will come back to try other food.

Brunch was great. Favourite was the home made baked beans and the amazing presentation of the french toast dish. Popular so book if you can and not a lot of parking close. Staff good, coffee ok. Top experience.

Very nicely decorated and busy cafe. Service was decent. Food was beautifully presented but my combination was rather dry. My dining companions ooh and ahh when the food was served but they too weren't as impressed with the actual food as it was just ok. Portions were big and very generous though. I think a tweak with some of the dishes so that it's not too dry would make this place far better. A bit on expensive side. Not many car parks at the back so might be a bit of a walk if you're not lucky enough to get a parking spot.

Had brunch at Patch this morning. Had the big breakfast. Poached eggs were perfect. So were the butter at the correct spreadable temp. Mushrooms were great. Ordered mochaccino and cappuccino (for wife) and their coffees taste great. Service was excellent. Highly recommended!

Buzzy breakfast/brunch/lunch spot with sweet cabinet selections, nutritious plates and smoothies, good coffee, and helpful staff. Came mid-day Sunday as the morning crowd was thinning. Indoor still felt a bit frenetic, but seating for 1-2 was easy to find. I was looking for a balanced, full plate and coffee, and Patch hit the spot. Likely best to plan ahead for a wait + noise during peak breaky/brunch hours. Suitable for kids. Limited on-site parking.

Always received good service here. Their food is very tasty and the portions are very filling. Their staff are friendly, and the food is always consistent. You can book for a large group and I highly recommend you make reservations for weekend dining as they are very popular to Locals. Parking is limited but there are street parking.

Beautiful cafe and efficient, very friendly service from the lovely staff. I had the free range chilli scramble, it was incredible. Large portion, very filling and great flavours. Everything in the cabinet also looked delicious. I will definitely be back! Highly recommend Patch Cafe 😊

Always super packed and busy for good reason! Ordered the eggs your way, and was definitely bang for your buck. Eggs were perfectly cooked and toasted sourdough cut thick. Also they have a great selection of cabinet food and sweets to choose from. Really liked the outdoor area for dogs and to get great sunlight. One downside would be the parking situation however it is walking distance from most free parking spots.

My favourite breakfast Cafe when travelling to Auckland. Lovely attentive staff. Coffees are always made with love...to the point of an "artistic" quality...and then there's the food! Superb presentation, generous portions...a real treat!! The Full Patch Grill 10/10
