Enjoyed and loving that i get to experience these again because it caters to all ages.. clean and tidy.. hope they maintain it.. some new arcade games are cool! Glad i came back here with friends again! Love tomplay bowling again soon!

I purchased a card to play games my card loaded with credit and swiping my children and grand children choice of games I was quite surprised that all the machines were working. We booked in for laser tag we had the 16 players and was the highlight of the day My youngest 5years to adults a lot of fun. They have a play area just for the toddlers parents can go in and sit at the tables watch them play . Good experience be prepared to be broke afterwards 😄

Staff are AMAZING. A huge credit to the venue. So patient and miss 9 had to tell everyone it was her birthday 100x over until each staff member knew and they took it in there stride. Dealing with a full on autistic child who doesn't be quiet or sit still the staff were so patient while she topped up her card, ordered dinner and engaged in conversation with her about 'how this is the best place ever'. Your staff turned what is usually a dreaded trip in and out in a hour into a relaxed 5 hour fun trip ( and a more money spent, after all if the kids happy then so are the parents) . Please pass on our thanks to your manager on duty tonight who was particularly the best and the young guy who got her a lanyard so she wouldn't loose her own card. Only downside was the pizza, the bases are questionable to the point the crusts ain't edable but after all you go for the entertainment not the food ;) Again please pass our thanks on to your amazing team on tonight.

Still very Dirty and the cannons do not work still been since last year wasted $10 Phone office plasters tissues very dirty. Ball thing’s still not working. Should be half price

Great service from a bright young fellow named Ryan. He made us all feel welcomed and made it easy to organise our activities.

Around lunchtime, one lady staff served all counters. Long wait in queue and when it was our turn, she just turn around and keep serving the other counter one after another customer without any explanation to us. She seems stress out and felt unfriendly. We gave up waiting and left at the end. Would be better to hire more staff especially at busy time and also needs improvement on certain staff for their customer service manners. I tried the other branch and it was much faster and more friendly even they were busy so I don't think that I will go back there again.

Jack was a very supportive host. Zone bowling party plan was very entertaining and kids had a nice time there. We’ve received positive comments from parents too. I just want to add the party venue was dark and couldn’t take some nice and bright photos. Also in the last minute we were asked to provide plates and cutlery by ourselves. However, in confirmation email they mentioned bring some plate just incase! Otherwise was a good experience. Thanks

Our kiddo had his 7th birthday here, and overall it was a great party. If I could change anything, it would be the super-long wait for the kids' food. Having 10 7yo boys sitting in a room with nothing to do got pretty hairy! I think we must have finished bowling much earlier than the scheduled 1 hr, which was a shame because the laser tag portion was really short, and we would've loved more time allocated to that!

My son and his friends had the best time. The manager and the staff were very accommodating. The service was excellent. Highly recommended this place for kids parties.

We attended the henderson location on a Tuesday evening for bowling and games for a birthday celebration. We were quite dissapointed because nobody who worked there was of age to sell alcohol, so we (30years old+) couldn't enjoy a bevvy or two! We did enjoy practically having the whole venue to ourselves though!
