    No waiting times and definitely do not need to purchase any tickets. It is right by the Grand Mosque and the cemetery. I would say the North end of the Mosque. I wouldn't go all the way to Karouian to see them but if you are in the local area and visiting the Grand Mosque anyway, you may as well purchase a drink or an ice cream and go sit on one of the benches by the cannons. There wasn't much shade on my visit so in summer it probably will be too hot for majority of people. I didn't see any information boards giving any details of the cannons and their significance to the local area.

    Right next to the Grand Mosque, so you might as well stop and take a look at the cemetery that is here.
