It had been a terrible experience yesterday (February 16, 2022) with the manager . As a customer, I negotiated the price of a diamond ring . He spoke very rudely in front of my wife, and we are newly married. I felt very bad at that time. It's not correct to talk with such rude behaviour. Khazana has the very worst manager in the Kakinada branch. Because of his behaviour, I immediately left the shop and purchased the best diamond ring in Joyalukkas. I and my family will never ever visit the khazana again in my life. Tooo worst experience ever... (Suggestion: Don't appoint a animal as a manager because it's a jewellery store . At Least patience needed while having conversation with customers. ). I hope Khazana will take action against him.

Iam having very BAD experience with khazana...To exchange the old gold , it's a big task , I hate their process because gold items are to be choosen in 1 st floor,old gold valuation have to be done in ground floor.. again we have to go to 1 st floor to melt the gold, it takes alot of time,, Then again for valuation have to go ground floor.. If valuation counter & melting counter will be at one then it will good... PLEASE PLEASE increase the counter.. Literally WORST, for select item it takes 10 mins but for exchange old item and get the bill , it takes 2 hours.. It's better to visit some other store

*Schemes are good as there won't be any making charges for the scheme amount, so choose item which has more making charge as you will get benefited. * Models should be increased when compared to other jewellery shop's. These days found less models for ear rings and chains. *Scheme payment through khazana app is really good as we can make payment through phone as well and can keep track of our payments. *Customer service is good.

This store losing it's Charm with the present staff. They don’t even know how to talk to the customers. These people think they do the charity to the people by selling the gold. On top of it, they think that what ever the jewellery they had that is the best in design in entire Kakinada. They shows the attitude when you say, I do not like the design. Everyone is a manager in this store. Unfortunately if you ask something to them they will start sell the words instead of gold😩 Lastly Store managers in this store thinks that, they are from IIM or Harvard’s.

Gold purity is good, designs are unique and customer service is very. good by the way here you can find the gold melting service to get the exact price for your old gold jewellery and then it will be further processed to know the purity like 22k or 24k based upon this value of the gold will be calculated if not you can get the old gold purity certificate from outside then based upon that here price will be calculated. But in my purchase i have included old gold and some coins too for 24k coins /gold pieces you no need to melt these, directly the weight and value will be calculated. Collection is good. But manager sesha or some one.his attitude is very bad.he behaves as if it is his own shop. Very nasty atitude. If you keep continuing persons like him it will damage khajanas reputation. I have seen reviews, seems multiple customers are not happy with this guy.

One of the fine places to go for purchase of jewellery of different models but the only con here is they have limited collections only. Required products are not available for us. This place follows COVID 19 protocols and maintenances the place well. The parking place was also clean and maintained up to the mark!
