15 days spent in Tunisia with family (2 adults,2 kids). First room, located in east wing (nr.3331) with terrible view at next hotel AND huge loud fans/ventilators. The noise was incredible, even with closed balcony doors it was imposible to sleep at night. All odd rooms 33xx are facing this problem. Avoid these rooms at all costs. Room has been changed to 2206, west wing, facing beach bar and lovely garden with palms and beautiful seaview. Unfortunatelly, aircondition was broken, night temperature reached 31°C with 88% humidity in the room, again, impossible to sleep. Third change to room 2220 (same wing, even closer to the beach). AC worked well, 2 beds (for kids) separated with wall (2 metres high). Toilet is LOUD as a Boing 777 starting engine with full thortle. Food: breakfast, same meals every morning, hard boiled eggs ONCE per 15 days (!!), omelette and scrambled eggs prepared outside the restaurant. Every time you will look for fork/knives. Coffee not very good (a machine in inside bar makes perfect coffee, so after each breakfast I took some cups to the room).Beach bar: beer, coffee (really good), sprite, fanta, cola, french fries, around 12 pizza, potatoes, grilled chicken, vegetables, watermelons etc., after 13 in the next stand icecream, some type of tacos, other snacks. Dinner, 2 types of soup (really good), turkey, some Tunisian specials, fishes etc. Inside bar with two really professional bartenders, one looks all the time angry 😀, they are quick, some 6 mixed drinks are listed, one for kids (non alcoholic of course), very sweet are all of them. If you want e.g. Gin-tonic, ask for double gin. Beach: clean, tidy, you need to reserve sunbeds before 7. Water ideal for kids, 50 metres from shore still shallow water (1 metre). Pool, used once, no additional remarks. Just pool. Slides: working 10-12,15-17. Outside the hotel entrance is Zoo (possible ride for kids on little pony), donkey, horses, monkey, gooses etc. Overall : hotel has the best times over, as there have been two covid years, the time for reparation was unfortunatelly not used. You will see everywhere cracks, stains, some parts stinks, but we used to be whole day on the beach, room has been used just for shower and sleep. Always check your room card when anyone enters your room (cleaner, maiden), one card magically disapeared while we were all in the room, cost us $10. Overall impression is good, I would recommend for families, pairs, but I will NOT return here again.

The room seems clean however the sheets and bed were not as comfortable as I would have liked it to be. They really need to clean the elevator. I give four stars for service because the staff did their best to accommodate my needs. Now this is just my opinion, I believe the soft drinks should NOT be served at the bar. The bar should be separate from soft drinks and hot drinks. This is my logic. Thank you! 3rd floor, view of the pool.

The hotel is 2-3 stars, not 4! The hotel is very dirty, we constantly had to eat and drink from dirty dishes. The furniture and the hotel are old, we got hurt and scratched several times. The shower is not enclosed, water flows everywhere throughout the bathroom. I really do not recommend all inclusive in the middle of the season, in the afternoon you wait in line for food for 40-50 minutes. We spent half of our vacation fed up with waiting in lines. There is always a lack of available sunbeds on the beach, people get up early in the morning, put their towels on the sunbeds and then don't come for the whole day. There are also few umbrellas, so the shade is occupied and you are forever basking in the sun. For such a huge hotel, it would be appropriate to use more pools, but the indoor pool is empty and the main pool and the wading pool with water slides are constantly crowded with dozens of people. What was absolutely worst - every day an outdoor festival plays in the hotel until midnight. We heard music through the closed balcony door. It was like trying to fall asleep in the middle of a disco. And from 7:00 in the morning, the cleaners shout at each other in the corridor, then you can't sleep either. Plus we ruined our backs because the bed is box spring and old. We were three families - the TV didn't work in any of the three rooms, it's there just to make it look like 4 stars. The food is constantly repeated, especially at breakfast, after a week we were disgusted and looking forward to going home. Check-out until 12:00, even if you fly out at night, very uncomfortable. I strongly do not recommend a trip on a camel caravan, they will rob you of an incredible amount of money for riding a camel for 15 minutes. Then on the trip they wanted money for what was supposedly included in the price. Disgusting behavior towards animals - overloading of horses (15 people on 1 horse in a wagon, three people on 1 camel)! Positives: most of the staff are amazing, nice people, just a few annoying ones. Despite the mess between the sunbeds (butts, broken glass - wear slippers!), the beach and sea were beautiful...But locals can go to the beach, some young local Tunisians are disgusting (they told me "give me your a**hole"). Annoying sellers and security nowhere, in the event of a terrorist attack, this hotel is not ready to protect tourists, anyone can go to the beach.

A beautiful hotel. Guarded. The beach is right in front of the hotel. Rooms clean and tidy. Hotel also kept clean. Food, there is something for everyone☺️ Animators Bobo❤️ Sam❤️ DJ Chicco ❤️ best big applause for them and great appreciation for the fact that you endured with us. It is impossible to get bored with you. Belad Salam☺️ the best bartender in the world no one bartender can learn the culture and most importantly empathize with tourists. And the coolest and best in the world and at Bella Vista Commios Bartender Tamalah Mohamed☺️ a man with a lot of empathy and understanding for the guests, easy and difficult. If you find him, you are in good hands❤️❤️❤️ We recommend. And we will recommend it for a long time.

Hotel for families with children. Room as you get can be ok or can be tragic. Monotonous food. The number of guests is huge, daily fight for meals and sunbeds. On the other hand, the staff did what they could. Pretty clean for this country

The hotel and system need to be renovated and location wise is bad. Pools and beach are perfect. I like that they have three different pools and waterslides that suit all ages. The staff (chefs, waiters, supervisors, cleaners, luggage persons are super friendly and respectful except for some. The hotel receptionists are okay but need to be trained on customer service. Food is generally good (lunch and dinner) but breakfast is not. The location is awful, they say its 950 m. Away from city center while in fact its almost 10 KM!! There is NO wireless except in the lobby! Pillows are uncomfortable and towels are not clean! Very old materials! The hotel needs to be renovated. You can find better places with value for money.

Worst experience ever. The hotel is over crowded less staffing queues for everything you want to get ( bar, restaurant's) it's just money down the drain.

The worst hotel I'd ever booked. The Food is okey but you must wait for a long time in row to get it. The staff ignors the most of complains ( the one with glaces in reception is the worst one in the hotel 00 service 00 professionalism he’s so rude ) The worst thing ever: i had to buy a SIM card with 30dinars to get 10gb of internet because there’s no internet in th whole hotel !!! In the room was the refregirator very weak, the television was out of service, the air conditioner didn't work in temperature of 40° and the matresses were very bad, me and my mother could not sleep well.

The hotel is good for the price you pay. Good food, beach and pool. The animation team is really nice and really good. It is conviniently close to the airport and train station to Monastir or Sousse. Be ready for some ocasional minor setbacks in the hotel.

Smaller hotel, but quite good services and cuisine. Hotel pool and beach are small, not too much for swimming. Personal is capable and helpful.

Very dirty hotel. The photos on the web look better than the reality. Suitable for the homeless

I shall start with + + sandy beach + you need more than 15 meters within the water until it gets deep, so good for kids + friendly crew And now goes - - food is poor, no taste, no spices, like ManUtd for over 10 years - don't know who gave that hotel 4 starts for me is 2 and 1/3 max, hotel have seen it best like 20 years ago.. when we got there my kids said that it smells like 90 year dead old grandma.... - or me being a skrudge, or everything got more expensive in Tunisia, I prefer Turkey after that 1 and I guess last time experience -Monastir is a ghost town if you concider shopping... couldn't buy frrsh spices Despite all the - I had some fun

Good service, pretty clean hotel, entertaining animation but the food was pretty bad and that's bad for a hotel which doesn't have any restaurants or bars nearby. Airplanes can be heard but they aren't annoying.

We were in this hotel in june this year - 2 adults and 2 girls 5 and 2 years old. I give best note to this hotel because: best service on every step, fantastic activities for kids like animations, water attractions, beach, food, snacks etc. Of course there was some problems but quickly solved. Some peolpe complaining for food but cmon if you want to eat like in MC Donnald in your country go to MC Donnald in your country. My best note depends on 2 main pillars: Animations and Hotel Service. Whole Animations team was amaizing with infinite positive energy, many activities for kids and for adults. I want to write something for few animations members. Thank you Mimi for taking care of our kids, smile and perfect approach for children, Ziko for energy, Dido & Ziko & third guy for beat box spontanic welcome before dinner, DJ Chicko for music support and finally best Animation person SAM - What can I say: Positive Energy 500%, Integration skills 200%, multilanguage conversation 120%, dancing and performing 300%. Yes... SAM is the living advertisement of this hotel!!! Keep finger cross Sam for keeping this positive energy, You really give us during staying in hotel. Second pillar is Adel always smile, everythig he do is to make hotel guest happy, his motto: beeing nice and smile cost nothing and this always help. Also for me like Sam is living advertisement of this hotel. In shop inside hotel we managed to buy milk and pampers for our children - you saved us, thank you! :) We are very very happy to be in this hotel and for sure we recommend it for our friends. Also noticed that many persons who always complaining - in hotel, in airport, in shops - everything was not good for them but without any reason. I think that we cannot change it they will complaining all the time.

The hotel of the hotels! My stay was from 24th September until 1st of October and I couldn't imagine anything better that Le Soleil Bella Vista! The staff is always there for you, smiling, keeping everything clean and tidy. The animation team was oh a very high level - amazing DJ, fun, games, dance, karaoke, competition. And the food - oh my gosh the food was so well cooked and delicious with a grate variety including different sea meals every night. Cocktails, party, sun, beach, sea....I'm definitely visiting Bella Vista again next summer, there is no way I'm changing the hotel! Perfect! :)))))))

Poor food and you have to fight for it, hundreds of undisciplined russians, drinks poured into 1dcl even beer. Older hotel but clean. Nice pool and nice employees.

Nice. Cleaning, old-fashioned furniture. Tube televisions where you couldn't really see anything. But the rooms are spacious, with high ceilings, air conditioning. We had a room on the right side of the resort and there was a bit of noise from the air conditioning system of the hotel next door. The staff don't bother you, there are guards on the beach who drive away the itinerant traders and the curious locals (some young people a bit too insistent) who wanted to stay as close as possible to the European tourists who they were looking at insistently. The food is ok, a bit spicy and a bit hot in places. Terrible juices, at least the ones from the dispenser, too sweet. Weak internet and only at the reception, for a fee there were 10 GB cards at the price of 30 dinars. In the evening at 21:00 the gate leading to the sea was closed, so you couldn't walk (probably it could be solved with a few dinars). Overall decent.
