My wife and I went stumbled upon this place and it's definitely a great find. We opted for a 60 minute head, should and neck massage. The aromatic oil used for the massage made for a super relaxing ambience. Both masseurs were experience and had good sense of touch. The massage finished off with a cup of hot herbal tea and a small bowl of pickled guava and pineapple. It was so good that I came back for a deep tissue massage which was amazing. Definitely recommended for its ambience, service and great value for a tourist.

I'm writing on behalf of my husband who was not happy with the service he received at spa ceylon battaramulla outlet on 7 January 2024. He went for a ultimate foot ritual . However he was telling he couldn't relax as there were other patrons in the same enclosed area and the noise was disturbing to other customers. Specially foot scraping etc. This is not the first time he had been disappointed with this petticoat outlet. I think people go the sap ceylon Newcastle they need to relax and jnwkns.

Horrible sales people. There were 2 men who were both equally incompetent and disrespectful. I repeatedly requested to be billed while they were too busy having their own conversation about a kottu that they had ordered. They both completely disregarded me and made me wait an unnecessarily long time to pay. Extremely unprofessional.

Massage done by foreign therapist. Enjoyed the body massage very much,however the room temperature needs to set to yr comfort if not after awhile may get a bit too cold. Several body massage oil options are available. Overall good experience.

I recently had a highly disappointing experience with this outlet. I had scheduled two appointments for a body massage, and was looking forward to a relaxing time. However, upon arriving at the outlet, I was informed by the security guard that it was closed due to a power cut. What made the situation worse was the complete lack of communication from the staff. No calls were made to inform me about the closure. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I'm deeply dissatisfied with the way this situation was handled.
