We had booked Robin's property for our annual family get together consisting of around 80 people. Thus far this function was always conducted at some family member's home. So a lot of people were actually sceptical. It's a compliment to the property and Robin and his team that by the end of the function almost everyone was in love with the place and the strongest cynics were mooting for Hemerakochi to be the permanent venue going forward. This is also a testimony of how much at home we all felt. The house is beautiful and had a wonderful old world charm. The settings are perfect. It's green and quiet with plenty of space for children to move around with hammocks and swings. The rooms were clean and spacious. Washrooms were neat too. The caretaker was always around and proactively helped us. Robin himself was a call away and patiently sorted out any queries. All in all it was a great experience for us and our guests of all age groups. The only spoil sports being the mosquitoes. Would love to visit again this time for a small gathering to just unwind.

Me and my friends had the privilege of hosting a bridal shower here. The place is very well maintained and we enjoyed every moment spent there. Extremely thankful to the host for the great hospitality. Looking forward to visiting again.

This is a beautiful Malabar styled House, situated in a quiet location and conveniently located near all basic amenities. The property, the greenery around and the well maintained open areas with a canopy of trees all were top notch and the ambience is so calm and relaxing. We booked the property in June very last minute and our host Mr. Robin was very helpful and made sure that we had a perfect stay. We stayed with our two dogs for two days and had an absolutely amazing time. The front yard is huge and both our pets had a fun time roaming around in the garden. Would definitely recommend to others as well!

We had a family get together of 65 people here. Everyone loved the location. We had enough parking space for all our vehicles. It is a beautiful place with lots of trees and shade. The house is also very convinient with 2 bedrooms. Thank you so much Robin for the space and the service provided.

Great place for a family/friends stay over. Good spot for a small function as well. Restricted to two rooms but a beautiful house with wifi, tv, fridge and all other amenities. A pool space was much needed otherwise it's an awesome property.

Beautiful location and a peaceful home. My family had a great time staying here. The house was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also great, with easy access to all the main attractions in Kochi. Robin was a great host, he was very friendly and helpful. He provided us with a lot of information about the area and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. I’m glad to have found this place and will sure stay there again when I return to Kochi.
