I
can't
even
begin
to
express
my
disappointment
with
this
dental
clinic.
Everything
about
my
visit
was
an
absolute
disaster.
First
off,
they
quoted
me
Rs
3000
for
the
visit,
only
to
demand
Rs
5000
when
I
arrived.
And
to
add
insult
to
injury,
they
charged
Rs
2500
for
the
first
visit,
even
though
the
services
provided
only
amounted
to
that
much.
Talk
about
a
rip-off!
To
make
matters
worse,
it
was
the
doctor
who
cancelled
my
appointment,
not
me.
I
went
out
of
my
way
to
attend
the
follow-up,
only
to
be
told
upon
arrival
that
the
appointment
was
cancelled.
They
promised
to
reschedule
at
my
convenience,
but
I
had
to
go
through
the
hassle
of
rearranging
my
schedule
yet
again.
As
if
that
weren't
enough,
I
had
to
seek
another
doctor
for
a
second
opinion.
Shockingly,
the
initial
procedure
was
botched,
forcing
me
to
endure
it
all
over
again.
The
sheer
negligence
displayed
here
is
beyond
belief.
I'm
refraining
from
pursuing
legal
action
only
because,
unlike
these
corporate
sharks,
I
actually
value
my
time
and
can't
afford
to
waste
it
in
court.
The
money
I've
wasted
on
this
ordeal
is
bad
enough,
but
the
fact
that
they
played
with
my
child's
health
is
absolutely
unforgivable.
To
anyone
reading
this,
steer
clear
of
this
clinic
at
all
costs.

better

Disappointing
Experience
at
Mother
Dental
Hospital
I
feel
compelled
to
share
my
extremely
disappointing
experience
with
Mother
Dental
Hospital.
My
journey
with
them
has
been
marked
by
inconsistency,
unfulfilled
promises,
and
a
lack
of
professionalism.
I
initially
contacted
the
clinic
over
the
phone
and
was
quoted
a
price
of
INR
3000
for
a
root
canal
procedure
for
my
child.
However,
upon
arriving
at
the
clinic,
I
was
informed
that
the
cost
had
mysteriously
increased
to
INR
5000.
This
kind
of
pricing
inconsistency
left
me
feeling
deceived
and
frustrated.
The
first
appointment
seemed
promising,
but
things
quickly
went
downhill.
The
second
appointment
was
abruptly
cancelled,
with
the
promise
that
it
would
be
rescheduled
to
accommodate
my
convenience.
Sadly,
this
commitment
was
never
honored,
and
I
was
left
struggling
to
adjust
my
schedule
to
their
constantly
changing
plans.
Furthermore,
despite
claiming
to
offer
specialized
care
for
kids,
the
clinic
only
had
an
on-call
doctor
available
for
children.
This
arrangement
proved
to
be
a
major
inconvenience,
as
I
struggled
to
secure
a
suitable
appointment
time
that
worked
for
both
the
clinic
and
my
schedule.
To
add
to
the
chaos,
the
clinic's
appointment
policies
seemed
to
be
in
a
constant
state
of
flux.
Initially,
I
was
told
that
I
could
secure
an
appointment
with
just
a
two-hour
notice.
However,
this
policy
was
later
changed
to
a
two-day
notice
requirement,
causing
further
confusion
and
frustration.
Perhaps
the
most
exasperating
aspect
of
my
experience
was
the
clinic's
lack
of
follow-up
and
communication.
Despite
my
consistent
efforts
to
reschedule
appointments
and
seek
clarification,
I
found
myself
constantly
chasing
after
them,
only
to
be
met
with
indifference
and
inefficiency.
As
a
parent,
I
entrusted
my
child's
care
to
this
clinic,
and
I
feel
deeply
let
down
by
their
unprofessional
behavior
and
disregard
for
their
patients'
time
and
concerns.
Due
to
the
continual
disappointments
and
lack
of
transparency,
I
have
made
the
difficult
decision
to
seek
dental
care
for
my
child
elsewhere.
