We went here for the Covid vaccination that had started for senior citizens. The staff was very courteous and knew how to manage the crowd. I did feel that initially they didn't pay attention to social distancing but they did address the issue within an hour into the drive. Considering the majority was senior citizens, they tried to make them as comfortable as possible and answered all questions patiently. Haven't seen such hospitality in a long time in or around cochin hospitals. One downside and equally shocking part for me was they did not accept card or online payments. Management should look at implementing contactless payments especially when people will be gathering in 100s everyday for the vaccination.

B&B Hospital become WORST WORST management Hospital in Edappally Area Guys, Am sharing my experience on 19th July with B&B Hospital Thrikkakkara, My son got fever at 1 am and I went Hospital pharmacy around 1.30 am (Because only near my area 24hours pharmacy is B&B and many times before got fever medicine syrup like this from here). I presented my kid B&B medical card and prescription (by B&B Doctor itself ,3 month old) and asked to give CALPOL 250mg. The pharmacist refused to give CALPOL Syrup (Paracetamol Syrup ) without as on date Prescription and asked me to go causality doctor and get it. The Team work drama begin here, When I am in causality I explained the situation to duty nurses, the said you have to pay 200 for prescription as Doctor charges, I said before am getting same medicine without any Prescription and now you asking me to give 200..(Medicine cost 36Rs and even i know dose to give) They said go to Reception and ask .... In the reception also I requested to get medicine and I told it’s not for any illegal activates. It’s for my Kid fever. But they not allowed me to get without 200 Pay. GREAT TEAM WORK BY THREE DEPARTMENT GUIDED BY MANAGEMENT …CLAPS CLAPS My question to B&B Management is why this recent change??? Is that your entire hospital collection got low?? & Target given to each doctors?? And made mandatory collection for person coming to pharmacy also?? What service you offering to poor person in this society?? What kindness & Humanity you have for Poor people like me?? BETTER YOU GO AND TRY TO BREAK SOME BANKS TO GET RICH SOON… B&B BECAME MONEY MINDED, THINKS HOW GET MORE MONEY BY SMART BRAIN , NOTHING FROM HEART Another Loot When I presented my Kid medical card they says this card is expired……!!! because this card have only 1 year validity …. And asked me to pay another 50RS to renew…. Dear Management why need validity on this ?? you need to get Card number only right…if I not spoiled my card , why cant you keep same card for life time ?? A much pathetic and irresponsible behaviour from the insurance team.. Have no idea of insurance providers.. It is better you hire people who have knowledge or knows to behave properly.. Without any consent of the patient and by standers they start procedure.. The guy in the insurance team shows a very bad attitude as if it is his favour.. Unprofessional behaviour.. When a patient comes with high fever instead of making the treatment fast they drag it to hell.. Never going to recommend nor going to make a visit again..

Pathetic service rendered. We have tried as it is closer to my house. No professionalism at all. The pediatrician left the hospital without informing the patients and she didn't show the courtesy to see the patients who were waiting there for n hour for follow up treatment. The staff didn't even inform us when we called them up to book the consultation.

My father was highly critical..A big salute to the team of doctors all the staff who stood by us guided nd explained everything through out our journey..I am really indebted to the kind caring compassionate and humanitarian approach of the hospital...They understand emotions and gave us time to settle down rather than focussing on monetary benefits.. My wife had a minor Surgery an year ago, after a few months both of us took Covishield vaccine here and now wife again had a medical emergency this week and got admitted. They have given special care due to her condition and got the best treatment which helped a speedy recovery. On all these occasions, we were very much impressed by their service. Doctors, Nursing staff and Technicians are really good and professional.

They place one doctor for one day next day the doctor is no longer working. And the other day the other doctor also disappears.disappointing

Improvement is required in administration. I would rate maximum 2 out of 5 for administration. Overphone i was told that a particular doctor was available and only after reaching hospital came to know that doctor has either left the hospital or on leave. This happened two times with me. Am sure that hospital management can realize the tension and frustration one undergo in such situations. Hope necessary corrective action will be taken. Overall a good hospital. Doctors and staff are efficient in their respective roles and responsibilities.

One of the hygienic and calm multi speciality hospital at thrikkakara. The staffs are very caring and very professional way of approach. I went there for my treatment. The doctors are very friendly approach and they explain our treatment in simple way. Thats how i understand. And the management takes care of all staff in very professional way. Clean neat uniformed staffs. All medicines are available every time, and all lab tests are available. I preffer this hospital for the next time also to all of my family. I am recommending this hospital who want not rush and best treatment at this region.

Definitely a good multi-speciality hospital near Kalamassery, Kochi. It has all the modern medical facilities & also provide 24x7 Trauma Assistance. The best thing about the hospital is that it's not that much crowded & I found their charges decent enough compared to other nearby private hospitals.

Please dont go... They are purely unprofessional... I gone there with fever and receptionist took the money... But she didn't tell me that the doctor was on rounds... Again i have to wait 30 minutes... Then after seeing the doctor he told me to take blood and urine test... I took the tests and they told me it will take one hour.. Again i waited... After one hour i asked nurse can i sew the doctor now... She told me that i need to wait to finish all the patients.. Talked to PRO no use...... Still waiting... Came to hospital by 10 o clock... Now time 12:50 no medicine has received

I recently had an experience at B&B Memorial Hospital, specifically in the psychiatry department, and I must say it was outstanding. Dr. Themina, the psychiatrist I had the privilege of consulting with, stood out as an exceptional professional. Dr. Themina's expertise and compassion were truly commendable. She took the time to listen, understand, and provide the best possible care and guidance. Her approach made me feel comfortable and supported throughout my treatment.

Been into casuality. Nurses and duty doctor was nice and friendly.hospital was neat. Only negative felt was billing in both casuality and main reception took long. At that time there wasnt any rush.

The hospital is only good for my consultation please don't go ahead with any other medical check-up. yesterday I had such a bad happening,I was ask to check ECG, it was in Casualty area, the male staff,the male doctor and the maintenance team were roaming inside casualty, where beds are Only differentiated usin unsafe curtains.

I was working as a staff nurse from 3 months.. Before joining HR didnot tell that you are selected only for covid duty, and told you may have covid duty for some days. But after joining 98% i got covid duty. Afterwards they called me and told that you were selected for covid duty, your attitude towards colleagues is not good and you are terminated. I asked what did i do wrong with my colleagues, she had no specific answer for that. So they were searching for some reasons to terminate me because now patients are very less and they don't need staffs much.. So they terminated me. Same situation happened for 2 more staffs. Very very bad bad management.. Never try to get a job in B & B hospital.. After completing their needs they will throw you out

No one should go to this B&B hospital, even if they are accidentally misguided, and should go only after making sure that there are good doctors who know about it. If I had been admitted in the hospital for one more day, my baby would have lost his life. I spoke in a threatening manner when I expressed my feelings. This is me sharing my experience

Never suggest this hospital to anyone. We have experienced many problems in this hospital. Even front desk staffs having so much attitude. And our belongings are not safe in this hospital because my wife's precious watch lost from inside the room. Above all this hospital taking so much money from the patient. Even after the three days follow up visit also they have taken the charge from us. And one incident happened that our baby was missed for some times inside the hospital which we requested a nurse to look after our baby for just two minutes, but she was in her dreams and our baby roamed all around hospital Never ever suggest this types of Hospitals

If you are going for antigen or RTPCR test then B & B is highly recommended. They have separate counter outside hospital for the test. They have staffs waiting for helping you to pay the money and do the preparation before the test. If you are positive the staffs will advice you further actions. If you need to see any doctors that will also be arranged.Better you go there with info about your ward number, asha worker responsible for your ward and if possible the medical office assigned for your ward. They will ask for this info if you turn positive.

Thr entire team at B&B Hospital was welcoming and had a positive attitude when our mother met with fatal hip injury.Dr Joseph George, Orthopedic Surgeon was as cool as a cucumber when we met him with tensed face.His calm and composure attitude along with strong knowledge in his domain gave assurance to our mind that our mother was in safe hands.The entire process of operation was conducted with utmost precision and commitment, it seemed after few days of the surgery nothing had..actually happened . Had a bad experience with a front office receptionist today early morning at 7.30 am ( one of them) such an arrogant and unprofessional lady. She is quite impatient and billed the tests wrong and was trying to justify herself and blaming back in a rude tone. Worst attitude!!! We prefer B and B because of the convenience and proximity and the nurses n doctors are quite good with their service.

I have gone to this hospital for vacation, they are quick and very professional. The service of the staff and health associates are good. This is located near Thrikkakara Temple, parking cars can be a bit tough inside the building, there is some space available outside on the road. The hospital and its surrounding area are very clean and well maintained.

It's a new hospital located in Thrikkakkara..opposite to Vamana Murthy temple...It's a NABH Multi-specialty hospital..But patients are very less.

My grandmother was admitted here for about 2 weeks and the hospitality and care recieved was of the best quality possible. Can't thank the nurses enough for their good carefulness during peak COVID times. Apart from the care recieved what the hospital could improve is during busy days in the hospital. The wait time during busy days is too long and parking of vehicles during this time is poorly managed. Afterall what matters most is the care recieved and I am so grateful for that.

I have good experience in ENT department. Recurring ear infection was my concern for many months. By Dr Sonia's treatment, I got great relief. Thank you doctor and all staff of B and B memorial hospital.

The general medicine department is least bothered about issues of the patient and while taking the case history they are criticizing the doctors consulted before. At least we must keep the dignity of same profession by correcting not by criticizing. Had a bad experience.

The hospital has a good building and facilities. But there are not enough staff, so everything is tedious and a long process. Even the staff who are there is incompetent to handle the crowd. The tests are taking long and even after getting the result again you need to wait for your turn. Overall don't go there if you're sure you need to do some tests 😜 lol.

Paul T Joyes, he is the best and straight forward gastroenterologist I have ever seen. I recommend B&B, compared to any other hospitals they only charge Rs 50/- for initial registration.

Radiologist Dr. Nithya chandrasekhar HOD of radiology dept., and the incharge Elgy mam who focus their attention on patient's needs& patient comfort is really valued for the development of the organization. Apart from that B&B have Skilled Health providers and hygenic environment. As the tag line says it is a place where you get "healthcare with Humanity ".

Had a really great experience out there. I had a surgery last week and all along my journey from diagnosis till the post operative care and follow up's, I have received the best treatment. I m grateful for all the staffs, especially Dr. Ramachandran and Dr. Vishnu for their humble and gentle approach.
