am
writing
this
review
after
8
months
of
joining
in
Suresh
Fitness
Zone.
First
of
all
let
me
tell
you
guys,
this
is
not
the
first
gym
which
i
have
joined.
I
am
working
as
an
IT
professional
in
Bangalore.
And
I
have
joined
3-4
gym
prior
to
joining
here.
All
went
in
same
manner
-
will
join
the
Gym
after
watching
some
motivational
videos,
will
follow
some
YouTube
diet
plans
and
gradually
will
drop
out
after
1
or
2
months.
I
was
not
understanding
why
the
same
is
happening
all
the
time
?
Finally
as
a
last
attempt,
I
have
reached
to
Dr.Suresh
Sir.
We
will
call
him
as
Suresh
Aashan.
He
asked
me
to
do
only
4
things.
Have
proper
Food,
Proper
Sleep,
drink
enough
water
and
come
to
Gym
regularly
for
21
days.
Since
I
was
doing
24*7
shifts,
I
was
not
able
to
sleep
properly.
I
explained
everything
to
him
and
he
understood
the
situations.
He
is
a
good
listener
guys.
Even
though
he
has
a
busy
schedule,
he
will
make
us
understand
the
things.
After
a
blood
check,
he
came
up
with
a
diet
plan
and
explained
me
the
need
of
each
contents
in
a
diet.
That
was
the
first
time
I
realized
the
importance
of
Nutrition
and
health.
I
have
tried
to
follow
the
things
as
he
suggested.
I
am
happy
to
say
that
I
have
started
to
realize
the
changes
in
my
body
within
21
days
as
he
said.
I
was
confused,
whether
I
will
be
able
to
complete
at
least
1
month.
Now
it's
8
months
completed
in
Suresh
Fitness
zone
!!
It's
only
because
of
Suresh
Aashan❤️
I
really
thank
Aashaan
and
his
team
for
their
dedication.
He
has
such
a
dedicated
team
to
take
care
of
our
health.
If
we
are
missing
something,
they
will
catch
up
and
follow
us.
They
are
not
just
doing
their
job
to
train
us.
They
love
to
give
enough
attention
and
care
to
our
body
more
than
us.
Even
if
it
is
day/night,
Aashaan
is
always
available
to
help
us
out.
I
know
it's
not
about
the
money,
it's
about
dedication.
I
love
this
place
and
I
am
happy
with
their
support
&
service.
If
you
want
to
make
a
change,
I
would
recommend
everyone
to
join

Fitness
zone.
Trust
me
guys,
he
is
not
just
a
fitness
trainer
-
he
can
do
wonders
with
your
body,
if
you
are
ready
to
dedicate
yourself
and
work
hard.
