This is a small clinic conveniently located near judgemukk. I visited there copule of times for illness like fever, cold, etc. The experience was pretty good all the time. They have a list of good doctors for the service. But you have to call them and ensure that the doctors are available at your convenient slots before going there. A pharmacy and a lab facility is also available at this premises.

Good hospital. Affordable

While doctors are very good the support staff is very inefficient. The place is very poorly managed. On two occasions we were made to wait for more than two hours, people who came after us were allowed to meet the doctor. This is extremely inconvenient for parents who come with small children. The staff at the reception have no consideration. If they can’t put in place a good patient management system and slot booking system they may as well shut shop.

We have very good experience from here. The service of the staff is too good that we wont think twice to come back to this place. Even the doctors are all good and from well known hospitals. Dr. Teena and the staffs were all of great help through out my pregnancy. The lab is also good. Kids vaccination is also available. Giving 5 stars to all the nurses working here.

The quality of service and promptness is something which is highly appreciated, especially, when it comes to pediatrics dept, where I take my little one to consult Dr. Shabna. She is the one who actually knows how to deal with these tiny tots. The pharmacy and doctor consultation fees are fair enough and affordable too. Keep doing great job by providing exemplary services to patients.

I been visiting this clinic from the time it’s open. These days I see token system is not managed well and despite coming first and making online payment prior coming to clinic they have other names in the list before in the token. When we ask for token they say you have to come directly and first come first. However it’s not the case. This shows the equivalent treatment for all and pharmacy staff are so slow and always need to wait minimum 20 minutes

The Centre has no respect for the appointments scheduled. I have multiple experiences including today's. I have been revisiting the centre for the good care my family has been experiencing from Dr. Shine Joseph. The front office and co-ordination staffs have no respect for their patrons and they behave as if people have no choice other than their center. Today they made me wait for more than 40mins. I had my appointment booked for 11:15 am, which I got confirmed at 9am. I planned my day accordingly with another important appointment scheduled. When I questioned the delay, the staff was quick enough to blame the doctor. It's the worst attitude I would say. Management can take the call or let the staff to work on customer bitterness...

I went to take RT PCR test and when I went to take the print, they behavesd very indecently even after saying that I am on my way to the airport. The receptionist asked me to take the print out from a cafe, or else i have to wait for a long time.

One of the most professionally managed clinics at Kakkanad.... Reasonable fees , hygenically maintained.

Services of staff and doctors is very bad. And very high rate for all.

It is a privilege to have good and efficient doctors with all the requisite equipments for a fine treatment in the vicinity. Suitable timings for working professionals with the service of a well equipped lab makes it one of the most reliable institutions to have around.

Don't go there if you value your time. They don't have proper booking facilities, and consultations take too much time. The doctors are okay.

I have been visiting this clinic for a long time, just because the Doctor's are very good. Staff if very incapable. I had to wait for more than an hour but couldn't meet the doctor because the front staff didn't make the entry in system. I now meet the same Doctors at other professionally managed Hospitals. Please avoid this clinic !!!

Good doctor but the staff there are rude.They don't know how to behave.. We pay cash to see the doctor but if we see the staff treating us like we are coming for free..
