The sectary at this location are flat out lazy & lie about scheduling or rescheduling appointments, even after I was told by their supervisor that scheduling period is their job that’s why they answer the phone. After the conversation with the supervisor, I call to reschedule appointments for me & my wife, a secretary by the name of Shelley answered the & not only lied about being able to reschedule my appointments & I politely informed her that she was aloud to do that according to her supervisor in case she didn’t know & she become very ignorant & verbally abusive towards me, after telling me off she also hung up on me. Don’t know what kind of business they are running but this is not the first time this has happened, after four similar experiences with the secretaries, reported this to the supervisor, still dealing with same abusive situations, I’m leaving this warning for others to be aware of. If it wasn’t for the great & amazing doctor’s & nurses at this establishment, I’d terminate my business here.

I love this place! Dan Hodge is my primary. He is the GOAT! McKenna is my Occupational therapist She along with Sara have really helped my chronic pain in my feet. I highly recommend Family Health Center. I will always go here!

Even when I started having commercial insurance to go to the "good" places, I still come here years after they fired me as an employee. Some of the best clinicians, and humans walk those halls. Kim, Giselle, Dan, Amanda, and a few others have changed how I see my health. They are as invested my health as I am. They care.

I don’t know who the hell is running this place, going by my experience it seems no one cares. The front office staff are so inconsiderate, despite having an appointment I was made to wait forever. I tried to get in touch with a manager but was spoken to in such a condescending tone. There wasn’t even someone to take down my complaint. This place doesn’t care about its patients. Won’t be returning, there are better clinics out there.

If you have a choice don’t go here. Im sure not all the staff is on trash, but from my experience they were no help and seem pretty careless. my jobs clinic was more helpful in resolving the problem. Family health center just pushed me out the door with ibuprofen 800s like I was a dope fiend. I didn’t come here looking for pain pills. I can deal with the pain. I came to get a simple problem resolved. 0/10

Made me pay 180 bucks for a 10 minute visit AFTER stalling for an hour with a fire drill and not accepting my insurance because it's "too good" I guess. Better off going to urgent care for that wait time and a lower price of 75 bucks next time I need fast help.

Try active listening. They will not listen to you if you experience side effects or allergic reactions to medications. They will guilt you and attempt to lead you into a conversation that is insinuating. If I didn't say something DO NOT LOG IT IN MY CHART THAT I DID. I will hire a lawyer.

My son teeth are rearranged from retaliation from the family Health center. They lied on my health information for my injury and depression and is constantly retaliating from a issue were my sons teeth was rearranged and he now has a crooked smile and huge gap and one of his front teeth was pushed forward and far away from the other big tooth I believe because I threatened to sue if he was not placed on the emergency fillings list. Due to them denying him fillings stating he's not eligible when he infact was and had Medicare, then failed to send the proper referral for two years I believe they contacted a friend at the dentist my son was sent to a told the dentist to retaliate by damaging my son's smile. Denise Crawford and JB Williams at the Family Health center also played a big role and lied about issuing a settlement and I truly believe they both are the reason for the false information being put into my medical records from the doctors I see there. I'll post the before and after pictures of my son's teeth tomorrow he hates smiling now because people ask what happened to his teeth.
