I've
been
to
Red
Roofs
Before,
but
this
was
easily
the
worst
experience
in
both
customer
service
and
cleanliness
I
have
ever
had
at
a
hotel.
It's
a
Red
Roof
Inn,
I
don't
expect
much
except
for
the
company's
pet
friendly
policy
and
clean
bedding,
well
clean
was
not
what
we
received.
The
sheets
and
bed
were
all
stained
and
obviously
very
old.
It
wasn't
just
my
room,
I
booked
three
rooms
in
total
and
they
all
had
the
same
problems.
It
wasn't
just
stains,
there
was
obviously
some
blood
on
the
sheets
as
well.
On
top
of
all
of
this,
we
decide
to
go
somewhere
else
and
the
person
at
the
front
office
says
they
cannot
issue
us
a
refund
because
we
have
been
checked
in
for
over
15
minutes,
and
not
just
that,
"you
have
been
checked
in
for
over
an
hour".
We
had
been
there
for
20
minutes.
I
do
not
appreciate
being
gaslighted
into
thinking
I
had
been
there
so
long
when
all
I
did
was
bring
my
luggage
upstairs,
check-out
the
room,
then
come
back
downstairs.
This
could
have
been
quick
and
easy,
just
give
me
my
refund,
but
now
I'm
going
to
have
to
go
through
a
dispute
or
chargeback.
Also,
I
was
informed
that
the
owner
of
the
hotel
owns
"like
half
the
hotels
in
the
area"
so
you
might
want
to
think
twice
about
anything
cheap
in
town.
Cherry
on
top,
right
as
we
pulled
out
of
the
parking
lot,
two
cop
cars
came
flying
down
the
street
into
the
hotel.
